I have purchased the vident 400 and so far its the worst scanner I have ever purchased! I hope AZ scanner's help to fix the lagging in live data and setting off all codes on my other car. VE s1 6.0 calais just goes nuts if I plug it in. Ve S2 V6 Calais wagon is so painfully slow on live data making it unusable.. for a little over $300 I expected a better quality than a $100 ebay purchase

Ordered the Autel MX808S which was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately it wouldn't connect to my MV Triton. The support from both Gary and Boris in trying to resolve the issue has been brilliant. I also had direct contact with Autel in trying to solve the issue. Eventually established that the tool is not suitable for my vehicle and that they… Read more

didn't have software for the vehicle. Boris issued a full refund as soon as I returned the tool to them. Overall excellent service and I would unreservedly recommend AZScanners.

I wouldn't buy from them.. Gary and his team are useless to deal with.. I had an issue with the vident ismart600 max which ended up tripping my car out which i was fortunately able to solve by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. And i ended up asking for a refund. Gary messed around and sort of pushed for me to try and trouble shoot the… Read more

scanner some more, which i refused to do. I sent the scanner back. They got it on a Monday, i emailed them, i didn't hear back, but magically when i emailed saying i was going to dispute the transaction if they don't email me back, they replied.. They're useless to deal with. Don't buy from them. There is no customer service with them after you buy off them.

Don’t risk it. They cannot guarantee anything. The autel scanner devices just 10 days after the one year stopped working.(we used it maybe 20 times) They asked us to send it to Hong Kong on our cost. $250 After getting back it had no software and doesn’t scan any car. After connecting them. They offer a 25% discount and suggested to buy a new… Read more

device. So if you buy from them they cannot guarantee the device would work after 1 year. So whatever you paying is just for one year.

Faulty product and return postage not refunded due to game playing – I would not recommend the product or the service from AZ Scanners due to the Autel MaxiPRO MP808S-OBD OBD 2 diagnostic scanner being unable to perform the small injection re-learn on a 2008 Mitsubishi Triton with the 4M41 engine, the seller and their software "engineers" blaming the clients vehicle and playing client "incompetent" tactics as well… Read more

as the seller not refunding the purchasers return postage costs leaving them out of pocket for something that is not their fault. I only rate 1 because the seller initially appeared to want to resolve and I cannot give zero rating.

Tech support excellent – Gary was very helpful and knowledgeable with my telephone enquiry for rectifying issues with my scan tool not powering up when connected to the OBD11 port. Their expertise in pre purchase advice is excellent ,and they have a large range of quality products suitable for all automotive diagnostic requirements.

No aftersales service – Faulty unit I had to send back twice, got given a hard time about it. No contact from their end had to chase it up. Now they are trying to get out of giving me a refund! Hey it was a faulty unit, why am I getting a hard time? Very poor service...
