I purchased mine in October 2010 to replace an old aluminium bike. I hadn't ridden seriously for many years and I'm very pleased the dealer took the time the tell me about the merits of full carbon. I simply love my Azzurri. I use it for training and have started racing crits, scratch and handicap races. It will do it all, without sending you broke. I've just had the first service done but was amazed how well it stayed in tune. Only drama was a loose head stem. I may look to upgrade the wheels at some stage but given the rubbish that passes for...roads in my area - still need something that can take a few knocks. This bike, and Azzurri's in general offer fantastic value for money. Great price, lifetime warranty on the frame, I think the finish is really nice and everything seems well made. Ride for me is very comfortable and miles ahead of my previous aluminium frame. Full 105 groupset (including Shimano cables). I find it very responsive and an absolute bargain for what you get. As mentioned, standard seat is like a park bench - I swapped mine at the shop. Brand snobbery - doesn't have the same name and reputation as some of the fancy brands but you also don't get the ridiculous price tag.
My first bike and im wrapped. Did 315km in 3 days and lived to tell the tale. Does need wires tightened at about the 200km mark [gears slip]. Woud highly recommend especially to my 'short' counterparts.
Price, weight, easy to change set up, comfy smooth ride
colour!! agree about handlebar taping - changed mine to white looks fab
