Staff could be better trained – I made the 45 minute trip to Baby Junction for the Owlet sock as they were the only store that stocked this product. website so that's strange I am now being told there were none available. I then mentioned the specific colour I was after as I remembered the other colour it came in was indeed out of stock. Once I mentioned this the staff member looked on the computer again and found it. After going out the back to grab it she then returned empty handed with another staff member who showed her where they were kept (under the counter). The staff member then scanned my item and was ready to charge me the wrong amount ($279) I knew the item was on sale due to the prior research I had done and corrected her on the price ($249). Overall I am happy with my product however this staff member was not very knowledgeable. I am just glad I did do prior research, if I didn't I would have 1. drove all that way for nothing as she initially told me they were sold out and 2. would have been charged incorrectly. Id hate to think a customer could have easily came in got given wrong info and wasn't able to purchase what they were looking for all because the staff could not properly locate a item that was in fact in stock and also be charged an incorrect price. Other than that a lovely store with some beautiful items, maybe just do your own research before you come in.

Terrible customer service – We have been in this shop twice. The first time was with my parents and the second time was by ourselves. The customer service is woeful. The first time we went in, my parents and I weren't approached by anyone for over half an hour. In that time we had googled most of the products to find they were much cheaper online. their feet, instead they seemed to be congregated around the counter. Today when we went in it was basically the same but after 10 minutes a woman came over to us, clearly irritated by the fact she had to serve people, and told us that the pram we were looking at would only stay on sale until the end of the month. Personally, I seriously doubt this because if it were to go back to its full retail price, as listed by the store, it would be $600 more expensive than the online competition. No thanks. Her tone was hostile and rude. Interestingly, my friends warned me about the customer service so it seems as though the reputation is out there.

Fabulous advice and service – Found the staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful,im a first time mum and they were brilliant, definitely my go to baby store.

Bad service – Only one other lady in the store and two workers on and I had no idea what I was looking at. They both were helping her I waited and waiting for shown the pram I wanted then left on my own again ... while they both helped her. I drove an hour out of my way to look at the one pram I wanted to buy just to feel ignored. I left knowing I wasted my time and petrol for nothing.

Zero customer service – Will never shop there again. If you're looking for easy, helpful staff then shop somewhere else. When a few big mistakes on their end were made, they tried to shift the blame on the customer with no accountability.

item if it did not work. I was told no if “the box was opened” you can not return it. Well the thing didn’t work!!!! So I’ll be heading back to return it and get my money back. Poor service and dodgy quality products... unbelievable!

assumed I didn't have the money to afford a regular priced pram and kept telling me if I got a certain one id get 15% off - but had to get it that day, which also I didn't like being rushed. Considering they're one of the most expensive baby shops in Adelaide this particular woman needs to learn some good customer service skills because she's the reason I won't shop there anymore!

shop full of gorgeous items for baby – Lovely and also practical items for mum and baby. .. Fantastic baby bags! I only wish I had discovered this little mecca of baby related products when having my children. Now I just need someone to hurry up and have another baby so I have an excuse to walk their red carpet (which equates to the service I received) and wander around for another half hour in a mindless daze at all the cuteness.

A big fat shame – I'm all about supporting local business but have learnt now not to care. Customer service is terrible, bar one or two girls. Unhelpful unless they think they will get a sale. I spent over 2k but was tempted to cancel the order & go to Bunting as they were so rude each time I called to chase my order/delivery. I won't bother next time nor will i recommend the store. A good range, a couple of good sales girls. Local business

letter of complaint to the manager. Disappointed that I spent so much money buying most of my baby equipment from a store that doesn't value it's customers. Won't be shopping there for baby #2

Rude staff. Poor product knowledge. Refused to exchange a product that did not match it's description. No follow up to complaint.
