Great Staff - very helpful – I went into baby on a budget looking at prams & cots for my son. They girls were very helpful I wasnt sure what i was looking for exactly and they really helped me understand the price differences between different brands and products. The store was very busy but looking around the girls made sure everyone was being helped. The store was very… Read more

OK – Loyalty card for one year at 10% is a good perk especially when purchasing big ticket items. Would recommend Osborne Park store to first time parents as a place to go. Don't leave items too close to your due date to purchase as they are not always available straight away. We were disappointed after receiving a WA made product that was sub-standard… Read more

and as a result have vowed to stick with furniture made in China that is cheaper and from our experience better made. Shopping for your baby is a stressful time, big decisions and lots of money to be spent, Osborne Park store made our life a lot easier. The service from the lady at Osborne Park was fantastic - great product knowledge and practical about what to buy.

One shop and you can get the big items all in one go. The company will back their product and will rectify issues, the manager at Osborne Park was extremely helpful and dealt with us professionally when it was evident we were extremely frustrated with our chest of drawers that was not made properly. Firstly we went to the Joondalup store - what a joke will not return. Osborne Park - were told 6 weeks for delivery, then turned into 8-10 and then 15, but if we wanted a different style could have it sooner...mmm waiting that long have they have taken $2000 cash we were not impressed however we waited. We paid for delivery and still had to supply a man to assist with unloading an item. Our chest we had waited for all this time was not made to a good enough standard and needed to be returned (on a good side the company was quick to acknowledge this and offered a store credit).

This is why people prefer internet shopping – Baby on a Budget are completely overpriced. I went in there the other day and asked them about the pricing on a pram. It was almost $200 more expensive in their shop than on the internet. THeir excuse was the freight cost! I have looked into this further and to ship a pram from Sydney to Perth costs about $21-$80 with most online stores. They give good advise on products totally overpriced, not interested in matching prices

Do not care about customers – Being a baby shop, I though that the employees would be considerate of young children. They were very concerned about my 18month old touching anything and when I finally did come to counter to purchase some items, I was ignored while they were chatting about how drunk they got in the weekend. I didn't this was very professional at all. Employees need to improve customer service skills

Terrible – Overall, the experience was a disaster. Their floor display are limited as compare to other competitors. Sales person are rude and unprofessional. My husband and I will not want to shop in any of their stores, ever again!!!! Steelcraft Cruiser - Great canopy. Seat is well padded. Well suspension. But, it is way too heavy and big for car. Bought an… Read more

expensive pram there. Wanted to fix a punctured tyre. My husband went to the Joondalup store. The sales person sent my husband to a tyre shop. The tyre shop guy said "We never stock this kind of small tyre. They shouldn't send you here in the first place!" The tyre shop guy was nice enough to tell my husband to go to one of the repair shops in Osbourne park to get it fixed.

Joondalup store - Sales person was poorly trained. She can't even fold a stroller that I am interested in. There is also another lady who was just so keen on her phone, she didn't bother to smile or greet us or even offer help. Imagine we were the only customer walked in their store in the early morning.

Malaga store - My husband was told by a sales person when he was about to purchase a stroller..."We won't allow you to exchange if you bring this home and find that your wife don't like the color"..."if she want to see the color, see it from the catalogue". My husband was so annoyed

Good – I loved this store and how well they looked after me. They also knew a lot about the products they stock. They have a wonderful range there, I could spend so much time and money there if given the chance. I found this store to be great. I went to the one in CanningVale when they were having a big sale. We had great service and at one stage when I… Read more

was feeling dizzy and unwell they sat me down in a comfy recliner and gave me something to eat and drink. Can be expensive so it's best to wait for the sales.

Terrible – Do not shop there!!!!! Unless you want to be the envy of the mothers group. Try baby warehouse in belmont, they have the exact same item but for alot less!! or buy second hand, babies grow so quick, they wont know the difference between something expensive and something cheaps If you want to be able to brag to all your friends you brought the most… Read more

expensive things out there, or paid twice as much then you would of at any other store, then this is the place to go! So expensive!!! I was in there today looking for one of those sinus things you use on babies with a cold, and they didnt even stock it. I spotted a fisher and price activity station i brought from toys r us a few weeks ago, for $79.95, and baby on a budget had it advertised for $149.95!!!!

Excellent – My friend reconmended them as she has shopped at joondalup for all three of her children. Kelly has always looked after her and I found her to know what she is talking about and her product knowledge is great. The store is very well layed out and clean. Bad – We went to the osbourne park store. I really found the staff unhelpful. They were to busy talking amongst thereselfs. We had come down to Perth to get some baby stuff, and i was dissapointed with there service. But i was pregnant at the time. I did like the selection of stuff they had, but it is cheaper to go to Big W for some of the things.… Read more

Though Big W dosen't have everything. Im rating them low as service is important to me We found a few things we needed. Decent selection My hausband and i spend just over $600 and when we asked for a discount, they rudely said we had to spend over a $1000. Also i found two of the items cheaper else where.

Terrible – Very dissatisfied with the monopoly they hold over baby products. Now I HAVE to spend store credit there and I really don't want to go back. Very poor customer service. Not happy at all. I found what I wanted which wasn't available elsewhere. Staff were not friendly, and there was no goodwill. They refused to refund me my money when I found the item $30 cheaper elsewhere that same afternoon.
