Worst Customer Service – Having issues with my Tasman Eco Dresser marking to the house when touching it (not scratching). Their help has been nothing but rude and unhelpful. I spend alot of money in this store but will be taking my money elsewhere with customer service.

Excellent Customer Service – A big thank you to Carlo, who has been with this company for a number of years. We dealt with him 5 years ago and now just recently. He is a credit to this company. Knows the products, knows the stock and nothing is to much trouble for him. We managed to kit out our entire new soon to be babies room with one visit. I would have no hesitation in recommending Baby Savings to anyone. Great prices and service.

Car seat installed – Brought a car seat with isofix paid for it to be put in my car i was then told That the isofix won't work with me car (even though the car has isofix) I was told it wasn't pulling tight enough, so he put it in with the seat belt and put all he's weight on the seat to get it tight he didn't do this when he Tryed the isofix so when I got home i… Read more

pulled it out and put it in with the isofix so now after paying $40 for the seat to be put in by some one that had no idea of what he was doing iv put the seat in with isofix and it is tight as .

I don't know if these shops have to do proper training.

(fault of Boori, not store), parts damaged & parts missing, but the baby savings girls listened to all my problems and sorted them out with Boori for me, and appropriate replacement parts were sent in very reasonable time. The wrong size change mat was sent by the store originally but they sent me another one in the correct size free of charge.

Pricing was very good, and they matched a competitors price on the carseat for me, Freight cost was very reasonable for country delivery and I was not expected to pay for anything involved with the replacement parts - excellent service, just as it should be. Thanks once again!

Incredible customer service – I was to taken by the customer service I actually asked where I could write a review! I placed an order late on the weekend and it was quickly picked up, gift wrapped and dispatched Monday morning. They even wrote personalised cards in each gift (which I hadn't even thought of)! They went totally above and beyond. Thank you so much team. I couldn't recommended you high enough :)

Impressive – Ordered a car seat at 1.30pm on Tuesday and it arrived before 9am the next day. Wow!! And it was $100 cheaper than the same seat at Baby Bunting. First purchase from here but impressed!!

I have also visited their Willoughby store on another occasion to purchase a car seat. The sales lady was very knowledgeable and she was good to my son when he decided to throw a tantrum in the store! The man who installed the seat was efficient and friendly. The shop itself has a very large selection of baby products.

One stop baby shop! – My partner and I have only tried shopping at Baby Bunting before finding Baby Savings at Kotara, NSW. I hope i never have to go back to Baby Bunting! minutes until we actually got help and at that point being 28 weeks pregnant i had enough of standing around waiting so we were about to walk out before we got help then when it finally came we basically got accused of not wanting the best for our child as we could not justify $700 on a car seat and $1600 the door to the minute left. They understood not everyone can afford the top of the on a pram. Then we went to baby savings, assistance from the minute we walked in range stuff but if it's on the market it has to be safe or they wouldn't sell it! They also allowed my partner and I to test the car seat in our car to make sure it fit and they were very genuine and understanding. Fabulous staff, inexpensive, very clean store, everything is well diplayed, before I found Baby Savings baby shopping was stressful and now it's enjoyable!

Good Store – I ordered a pram, which came with a bonus suncover. The price was a little lower than in other stores. The phone consultants were very helpful. The pram was actually in stock, just as stated on the site. It arrived within two days, and was all new and unpackaged. Highly recommend the store. Will sure order from them again. Thanks a lot.

Very impressive ! Fast delivery I v ever had – Hi I ordered a mattress for my new baby, I put order on Monday night and tues 4pm got email saying product dispatched , and you know what !! I got it at 8.33pm at the same day!! So fast! Efficient and very impressive! Package is well packed as well for new mattress not just the plastic bag.
