BabyZen Yoyo Rain Cover

Babyzen Rain Cover 6+ months - Cloudy and Stained – We bought a Babyzen Rain Cover (6+ mos) from the PBC Expo Sydney (16 May 2021) Babyzen Store. We were expecting a good product since we already have the pram (bassinet and 6+) and other accessories, but this rain cover is really disappointing. We opened the box and it is all cloudy and has stains on it, feels like it was already used. I emailed PBC expo, Babyzen AU, and the distributor/retailer Roger Armstrong Cheltenham to get some clarity and am still waiting for their response. Update - 17 May 2021 Got a response from Roger Armstrong Cheltenham and they are willing to send a replacement. I am awaiting their confirmation that the replacement item has been sent and if they need me to return this item we got.
