Going downhill – Beautiful setting as usual We have been twice before. Went yesterday This time cold chips, tough burger. Stringy beef was chewy, chorizo tough chips cold. Broccolini salad just 6 broccolini in a row with a dollop of mayo on top.

Special guests with dinner – We booked a table for 4. Unfortunately we ended up with 7 at our table. 4 humans and 3 cockroaches. Don't sit outside.

Childrens Meals & Service needs attention – Childrens meals are too small, especially pasta. When I complained to Melissa, the manager?, she said well buy an adult size! fish was undercooked, complainred and received another meal plus a drink. All food served to all 8 adults and 4 children was deplorable. Salad doused in mustard dressing, 2nd serve of fish was the same, partly raw. Very dissatisfied with all food served, Steak, was all grissle, chips cold. No cake – It is the first time I went there for my grandson birthday and I found out for him to celebrate with a cake he had to go to the car park and blow out his candles as they said no to a home made cake to bring in. There are a lot of children with allergies so a cake from them would be a mud cake which cost $90 which as a grandma of 8 grandchildren think it’s awful you should not let people bring there birthday cakes in if they wish

Simply rude staff – Second time at this venue, first time when they opened and that was a horrible experience with food mix ups, bring an en-tray out at the same time as meal. argueing with my wife. We waited for our deserts for nearly 30minutes then when they turned up they were wrong and they doubled up on coffee's and drinks as well. Waited another 30 minutes still no deserts so my wife went and asked nicely where they were. She was told we would have to wait as other orders were now in front of ours..... We spent over $500 (table 42 , 9th Dec 2022) but that will be the last time 14 of us will visit the rude and arrogant staff.
