Spent over a week trying to get assistance at checkout with issues. Customer service was slow and I would wait days to get a response and issue was not solved. I had a full cart of baby things and after a week of no progression I decided I’d be better off spending my money elsewhere and supporting another store. I do not recommend supporting this company.
I purchased 2 of the Alpacas for my granddaughters in August 2025 - some 6-8 weeks later the pink Alpaca has came apart at the seam, I contacted Bambino House and [Name Removed] responded with an apology and offered to replace the Alpaca - that was on the 13th November - 3 emails later asking for an update and I still have not had a response from Bambino House - seems like the initial response and apology didn’t mean anything as they are not responding to my emails about a replacement. Really poor and really sad because I like supporting Australian companies - but Bambino House won’t get my support or money ever again.
Once again thought I was getting something from Australia not the case. Disappointed Poor quality and not cheap. I’m just about to give up on online shopping you don’t seem to be able to trust anyone now.
