Average – The cleaner works great but we have had 3 in 3 years bunnings have been fantastic and they replaced each time I suggest buying a better brand
Good but did not last – Although we did find that this was a good pool cleaner, unfortunately it only lasted 2 years 1 week . The first issue we had was that a plastic guide clips that holds the track in place broke (very thin plastic) and the belt kept falling off THEY CAN NOT BE REPLACED. Now we get the flashing 1 light error message which is to do with a cable connection issue , we have tried everything but it will not work .Not really value for money paid.

Worst pool vacuum – Bought from bunnings and stopped working within a year. Go to bunnings and they dont care, call customer support and they sent faulty one back. With such pathetic product and support, suggest buy better product. I bought on word of mouth and obviously it was a disastrous mistake

So far, so good – We bought this from Bunnings after reading that it is a clone of a much more expensive Zodiac product. We have a 9m x 4.5m fibreglass pool and are happy with the results.

Hi Darrel, It's a shame that you have had recurring issues with the Baracuda Captura Plus. It is possible that this particular cleaner is not the most suitable for your pool and it may be a good idea to discuss this with a local pool shop so that you can find the most appropriate product for your pool.
