Appalling Customer Service – Leased apartment off bassett scarfe with appaling customer service..non repair of appliances over six months..an official breach notice for parking car in wrong car park space for 2 hours while I unloaded furniture from Ikea..whilst staff park in any spaces..then when I left..kept my $1760 bond for a carpet stain the size of 50 cent piece..didnt even tell me till I asked 2 weeks after lease expired..never again!!!

Bad customer service attitude from reception onwards
