Does as awesome job – Easy to use. Quick start up, fits SDS tools so it makes it easy to buy things for it. Its a 2 in 1 tool. Which is awesome as i can leave this a jack hammer or a hammer drill

A Brilliant Piece of Equipment – Faced with the discovery of a largish slab of concrete in the middle of the kitchen floor, in a 150 year old property. Someone had ‘disguised’ the original floorboards with lino in their 70’s renovation and I was wanting to return the house to its original state, at the same time getting rid of the ‘lump’ in the middle of the floor, so the concrete had to go. Instead of hiring, I made the decision to buy the jack hammer. Worked extremely well. Easy to use and light to carry. Just perfect for the job.

Not worth the money – Purchased a Baumr-AG 1800W Demolition Rotary Jack Hammer Jack Hammer Electric Concrete Drill November 2020 from Edison. First time used last week strap holding handle broke, mechanism holding chisel not working, chisel falls out. I was only using it for digging up clay. Rubbish.

Sorry hammer drill in garbage. Useless without handle & attachments falling out.

We support our products with full after sales service and a range of parts, both the handle and the keyed chuck could have been easily replaced had you gotten in touch sooner. As per my email I just sent thank you for your reply and yes you are right I should have contacted you when this happened but it was out of frustration that I threw it away when it couldn`t even do a simple job the first time using it. I suppose I should have learnt my lesson when the dust bag on my BAUMR-AG Petrol Hand-Held 3-in-1 Leaf Blower Vacuum Mulcher that I also purchased from Edisons in October 2020 split opened on the first time that I used it. As you can see from my title (National QA Manager) I take the quality of a product seriously & going by my 2 experiences I would not every purchase or recommend anybody purchase a BAUMR-AG product.
I've wanted a jack hammer style drill for so long. This has met my needs! – I was particularly pleased with the quality of the build, definitely a sturdy machine. I was equally pleased with the included accessories. I've used the hammer for drilling, chiseling and chipping concrete without a problem.
