i have already wasted too much time trying to get through the potholes of the portal which was on offer for customer complaints ......and would not like to go into it again unless there is a high chance of a full refund AND direct contact with another person well equipped to hear and deal with my case

Further Comments: no point in photo as there is no visible damage
