Mower could cut better – Starts 1st time- ok. To get a decent cut need to lower it down very low. Maybe asking too much for the price. Not as good as other I have had. This was an honest review, not nasty just honest, you need to accept reviews as given or your site is not what it makes out .When lowered to get better cut front of mower pushes the longer grass down so doesn't cut evenly, would not buy or recommend this mower or this company their help was non existent .

Hi Jay, there is a mixture of kikuyu not sure of the spelling, and finer grass, to cut all the same height the mower needs to be lower so then the front of mower hits the grass and struggles with the kikuyu, stopping progress, it has cut the same from new. It is quite frustrating to keep raising and lowering the height. Thank you for responding. Pete
Still waiting for your help, my advice would be to lower the blade height but not the mower height. Say it again the mower is only couple of months old. read the above. because the mower height is lowered it pushes the grass with the front of the chassis instead of cutting. Thanks Pete

Hi Jay, contacted the link you gave me, Edison’s , they gave the same run around the last time I spoke to them. I suggested they speak to you that obviously did not happen. All I was giving/asking was a little help and informing an improvement for the mower. My point was quite simple but now believe it was a waste of time. Thanks Pete

Read the original comments, it is basic, the mower doesn’t cut a good grass.
You don’t need a video if you can read and understand English, stop making excuses. Cannot contact you via email as you have not provided it. Again am wasting my time.

There is another review re your mower quoting similar issues, same response, heads in the sand company.
This company just talks and gives you the same run around time and again, read what was written, obviously your tech dept hasn’t or doesn’t use this mower. If you put enough time into the rubbish replies as to the workings of the mower you may improve this very average product.
Pretty average mower – Still prefer my old Victa mower which I have used for over 20 years! This new BAUMR mower I purchased online recently while has a quiet engine, has few things to complain about: 1. The catcher is quite hard to latch on at the back. 2. It's difficult to push the mower when the grass is damp, I think the wheel design or material is not suitable in damp condition. 3. The 4 stroke engine oil container/location is in an awkward position and pouring in the oil is almost impossible not to spill.
