⭐ 1-Star Review DO NOT TRUST BAY CITY KIA – SUNCO MOTORS If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm an elderly woman who travelled all the way from Maryborough, and I was completely taken advantage of by this dealership — twice. After 6 hours of waiting on my first appointment (June 20), not only was the service incomplete, but nothing I asked for was done. ✔️ Window wipers not replaced. ✔️ Navigation update not completed. ✔️ Front light still blown. ✔️ A/C gas not checked. ✔️ Dashboard settings tampered with.

I paid in full for a service that wasn’t done.

I returned for a second appointment (July 2) to finish what they said would take 10 minutes. I waited another 2 hours before walking out because I had a medical appointment — still, NOTHING was done.

Even worse than the incompetence was the disgraceful behaviour of one staff member, [Name Removed], who mocked, condescended, and humiliated me in front of others. While I quietly discussed my concerns with my son, she approached and sarcastically said, “I heard you're going to complain about me.” No accountability. No professionalism. No respect. And she wasn't just rude to me — other customers in the waiting room openly shared similar horror stories.

This isn’t customer service — it’s a sham.

I’ve now filed formal complaints with Fair Trading, Kia Australia, and the ACCC, and I suggest anyone else who’s had a similar experience do the same.

This place is a complete circus, and the way they treat elderly customers like myself is predatory and shameful.

Avoid at all costs. I’ve never felt so disrespected, ignored, and ripped off in my life.
