Service to the next level – Recently bought a home through a renown building company. There was a list of maintenance and touchups to do. From electrical, plumbing, painting, water leaks etc. In comes there so called maintenance company, Bayside Properties & Gardens, had first contact with Adrian, and what stars these guys are! No one else could find the leaks, these guys no problem. 4 of the boys spent a week at home and the jobs was better than new. They know there stuff. What a professional outfit. I could not be happier. Thanks Adrian.

Customer service at its worst – The owner came out to the property twice to mow the lawns and tidy up the garden. The lawns were mowed without a catcher so you can imagine the result and the weeding wasn't fully completed. The owners general demeanour was confrontational and he truly doesn't know the meaning of customer service. As far as he's concerned the customer is always wrong. I wish I had read the previous review because I would never have used this business and I will telling everyone I know not to use them either.

What a disappointment – Wanted ongoing garden maintenance monthly. Owner came and quoted the job on a fixed monthly cost. Price agreed to. Company came twice , mowed the lawns, left the rubbish dumped down the back of the property. Did not trim the shrubs, weed or clear up their mess as agreed to on quote. I emailed the owner , no response. according to their website they pride themselves on their work and customer satisfaction

What a joke

May be some one should explain what customer service and garden maintenance means

Very disappointed , would not recommend
