The part where you hold the cup keeps slipping up, preventing drinking. It's a bad design.
Probably the worst cup design ever! Wanted to purchase the munchkin 360 cup as I have had fantastic results with that product for my older children yet was unable to find it in store so went for the b box version. My son cannot pick it up without it locking and it is a pain to put together. What is the point of a cup that closes when you lift it by the handles to drink yet it opens back up the second you put it down.
Follow-up · The lid is a hard plastic with a silicone type collar which is meant to allow the water to come through when lips are pressed to it. My experience is that it is not spill proof, it’s been leaking since the first day. Easy to clean but I threw it out after the first few days as it was just a pain and my son struggled to use it as it wouldn’t lock in place for drinking. Much prefer the munchkin miracle 360 cups, either with the handles (for younger children) or without for bigger kids.

Faulty design – My baby can’t drink out of it because the cup twists up and closes every time he picks it up. My friend had the exact same experience so we realised it’s a faulty design. So lucky Chemist Warehouse let me refund it without any fuss. I read a review here that Bbox makes it very difficult to return faulty items. I would’ve given up as a tired mum.

Possibly the worst product on the market – This cup is not functional! It locks as baby lift up to drink and opens again when placed back on hard surface deeming it completely useless for its purpose. I contacted B.box customer service team and was left further disappointed was asked for photos and videos as-well as a receipt as proof and taking nearly two months of multiple emails to and from some of which were asking if my email account I had emailed them with was the original account, the customer service so extremely poor eventually offered to replace the product however after 2 months of emails I had already bought replacement product from Nuby(amazing by the way and cheaper!!!) and asked for them not to replace the product to which they have not responded for the poor customer service nor offered a different product absolutely disgusted in this brand will not be purchasing from them again because of their customer service team.
