Great except for valve wear and tear – We have a number of these cups but are having difficulty sourcing valve replacements in Australia. They are the only part that is wearing as teeth eventually make tears in the valve. Easily available in the U.S. ($4 for 2 pack!) but won't ship to Australia. Can't find here. It's annoying because they're so good but I don't want to keep buying more… Read more · 5
cups when all I need is a replacement valve. Please sort this out and get a supplier in Australia, Munchkin. Amazon or eBay would be good!
It was good until it came to fungal cleaning – I bought it when my daughter was 6 months as she loved drinking water. Obviously loved the fact the she could do it on her own. So, we decided to buy an extra one, to carry around as a just in case. At night time every night I would wash them so that they were fresh the next day. Tonight my toddler refused to drink from the big one, and I was… Read more
wondering why, when I saw spots, I started to investigated and it was disgusting. I done extreme cleaning on one and it started leaking afterwards, so never took the top off again, just maked sure I ran hot water to clean it. And to my surprise I found this! Yuk! I show how terrible it was, and how i had to clean them with boiling water to make sure that I could use them again.

Cup is faultless. Amazing. Customer support is non existent – I have three young children and all three have used this cup in various forms, colours and materials. The reason we have bought so many is that here in the UK we cannot source the replacement silicon valves. Being washed every day in a dishwasher takes it’s toll on the silicon and eventually it perishes. If your child is a chewer then the… Read more
silicon can be damaged long before it perishes. I have no issue with that, it is to be expected. My problem is that I cannot source replacement valves in the UK. Munchkin have ignored all my attempts to contact them. I still buy the product because nothing else comes close but I resent having to dispose of the plastic cups and collars just because the silicon valve has reached the end of it’s usefulness. The cups and collars are fine, it’s just the valve that needs replacing, just like the tyre on a car. Right now I’m having to buy a new car every time my tyres get worn. Come on Munchkin. Show your customers a little respect by at least acknowledging their attempts to make contact.
* UPDATE. Five months on and still no acknowledgment from Munchkin. No surprise there. I did however receive a message from an independent company in Australia called CNP. They offered a couple of suggestions but none were economically viable. It was nice that they took the time to at least attempt to solve my issue and for that alone I am grateful. Munchkin could do well to treat their customers with similar respect.

Dangerous when damaged – We purchased the 360 cup from Coles about a month ago. My daughter loved the cup but she dropped the cup (as a child would and this is also the main marketing feature of the cup being able to be dropped without leaking), the mouth piece got chipped resulting in a sharp edge on it which makes it a unsafe for her to use. It is so sharp that it cuts… Read more
her gums/lips and can scratch her face/eyes. I contacted info@cnpbrands.com.au to ask for an exchange or refund but they said I needed to produce a receipt. Who would still keep a receipt for standard, cheap products such as a cup is beyond me. So the customer service consultant there pretty much said there was nothing he could do. I may consider escalating this seeing as it is a bit dangerous since I'm left with a dangerous product.
Great design – My son drinks from a weighted straw cup and now that he’s one I decided it’s time to try a different cup, I bought this from big W and can say it’s ok, he loves that it has handles, he’s still adjusting to it and couple days later he’s adjusted to it well. Easy flow, cute colours The cup would be great If it was grippy Show details

Love this product! – Don't know where we'd be without this one - our LO was desperate to be a big boy, but totally not ready. This is a happy medium for all - especially me. My only complaint is the plastic on the top has ruptured slightly, but it has been on high rotation for over a year, so this could be normal wear and tear. Show details
Great product – A no mess cup, doesn't spill at all and my 6 month old is really getting the hang of using it! Have been using for the last 2 weeks. Great product, would highly recommend. Show details
Munchkin 360 cup – I bought this for my 13 month old to transition to an open cup. She still yet had adapted to it and finds it very heavy to lift when filled with liquid. Also quite difficulty to wash the silicon ring Show details
Negative reviews
Too hard – My son was never able to drink from this cup. He's a big water drinker and likes to gulp down and he would just get frustrated with this cup and eventually I noticed he was drinking significantly less water. So we went back to a cup with a straw.
durable but may not be for my kid – Good things first, I love how durable it is and I think it's not made of cheap material. After a few days of trying it, I noticed my child is having problems drinking from it. He can't figure out how to use this and it ends up getting tossed when eh gets frustrated Show details
Munchkin 360 cup – I loved this cup for about 3 weeks but unfortunately my baby has chewed the valve so now it leaks. Ok that’s no fault of the company but it is annoying that you can’t buy replacement valves in Australia even though these cups are sold everywhere. I found replacements which are 2 for $4 on the munchkin.com website but they only ship within America. I don’t want to buy another cup every time the valves get chewed. Show details

Good cup, but hard for baby – I purchased the munchkin 360 trainer cup for my 7 month old few weeks ago. However I found it’s a little to difficult for him to figure out how to drink from it. Although the package advises 6m+ I think it’s more suitable for a older baby. The design is great and he enjoys playing with it and taking it to his mouth. However, he’s had issues… Read more
lifting the cup to drink from it and when I put more water to make it easier the cup was too heavy for him to lift it. Otherwise I love the design, it’s no spill unless thrown around aggressively and easy to clean. I think it’ll be great once my son is a little older and figures it out. No concerns for the actual product just not the right time for us atm.
Great- Promotes independence – Great product for baby/toddlers I leave it near the toys and my 9mths old drinks from it whenever she is thirsty. She got used to it pretty quickly and now loves it.

Great for baby to start drinking from cup – My baby loves this cup for drinking from, she was not interested in the sippy cups or cups with straws so this is perfect for her. Will Definitely buy more.
Great idea – I was looking for an open cup to use with my 6 mth old for water and there arent many i could find. Not interested in spout/straw sippy cups as i think its important to encourage cup drinking. So far she was good at taking a few sips but wondering if i need to fill up the cup more for it to work best? Just only offering small amts at the mo and sterilising water. Show details
Perfect for a toddler who wants to drink from a cup! – My little one (20 months) loves using this. He sees his siblings using a cup and has wanted to use one too, however he spills them all the time, so this is perfect. In saying that, if he throws this cup a little liquid does come out so it is not 100% spill proof. I also used this as a transition from bottle to cup for his milk. It is so easy to clean too. Coles sell them at the cheapest price! Show details · 1
Great but hard to go back and forth – My son loved this cup, however, we found oursleves going back and forth with straw's and this which confused him (he was around 9months at the time). If you are going to use it, then persist with it and try not to switch cups too often (unless they are old enough to figure it out). Now that he is older, we are looking to reintroduce it for water… Read more · 1
along with his straw cups for his nightly milk. We have looked for spill proof ones a lot as my son is very messy and getting his top wet all the time has been concerning during winter, now we are into spring/summer, not so concerned with it.
Couldn’t drink from it – My daughter is 9 months old. We started using this cup since shes 8 months old. She doesnt seem to like drinking from this cup. She prefers an open cup so I bought this but maybe because the flow is too slow or not coming out at all, she doesnt take on to it after many tries. I dont know how else to teach her to drink from it. Quite a shame… Read more · 2
because its the closest to an open cup without the mess.
Edited: She can drink from it now. Thanks to the tips given by Munchkin! Took some time but worth it.
Great first cup – Introduced it to my 10 month old for a water cup she was refusing to drink out of anything else. She is loving this cup! Only issue is it does spill down her front so she’s gets quite wet. Show details · 1
Getting Rid Of It Due To Advertising of Formula Inside The Cup – I purchased one of these cups for my daughter as they looked like a good alternative to the WOW cup that I would have preferred, but as it was in the supermarket I thought I'd try it. When I opened the cup inside was marketing for their formula. As a breastfeeding advocate I was very disappointed to see advertising for not only Toddler Milk but… Read more
for all of their available stages including infant formula for 0-6 months. I didn't even know Munchkins was a formula company or I never would have purchased their cup in the first place but now that this advertising has been thrown in my face I'm going to donate it to a person in need and go and buy another cup from a company that doesn't exploit vulnerable mothers and infants by advertising breastmilk alternatives in sneaky places as though they are just as good as or better than breastmilk when they're not. To even go so far as to use the words "Go Beyond Organic"! What is Beyond Organic anyway?? There's no such thing, and to use the term organic when your product isn't is just downright deceiving. So much for the MAIF Agreement hey! Munchkins should be ashamed of themselves. This is just disgusting and I will making sure that I tell everyone I can not to purchase Munchkins products moving forward.

So glad we found this cup - miracle isn't a stretch! – We've been trying to get our one-year-old to drink from a cup for months with no success - until now! Genius product, perfect for weening off the bottle, and easy to take apart and wash. Doesn't leak in your bag, so easy to use on the run. We would highly recommend! Show details · 1
Easy to use non-spill cup – The cup is well designed, simple to use and clean. Generally doesn’t spill when in use, but have had the minor odd leak of droplets. Overall well worth to use when training to use a silly cup. Show details · 1

Great cup to use out at restaurant! – My 10 mth old has become obsessed with drinking out of a cup and we needed something to use when we go out as water goes everywhere! transition cup and we are using it as well as a straw drink bottle and Bub prefers the cup everytime!
We have not had any issues with spillage yet and is super easy to clean. So glad I found a solution to make sure bub is getting enough water during the hot weather and letting him be independent. Would definitely recommend giving it a try!
Such a great concept!!! – This cup is the best concept! My 11 month old loves using it because it gives him independence and he is drinking his water like we are. It teaches them how to use a cup without spilling it everywhere. I love the miracle 360 cup and have recommended it to all my friends! Show details · 1
Could improve – Please consider the design for a leak proof lid! There’s no point in thinking that all children are careful with their toys or drink containers. So please test your lid thoroughly to be certain, if you actually do make this to be leak proof? Because it is most certainly not! My child has proven that. Show details · 1
Great transition cup – Heard about this on a baby lead weaning page. My son never took to straw cups, he could drink from a normal cup with my assistance from a young age. However he could not do it independently as he would tip the water all over himself. This allowed him to drink normally without spillage. I do wish it came with a lid and more colour options would be nice too. Show details · 1
Nice first cup – When I was searching for a sippy cup I was overwhelmed by all the choices! The Munchkin Miracle 360 Cup caught my attention. The packaging says it is recommended by dentist which made sense to me, having no spout means the baby have no spout to chew on. I liked this sippy cup over other brands as it feels like the plastic is higher quality. It… Read more · 1
does not smell. It has been dropped more than a hundred times but no cracks surprisingly.
If there was one recommendation I can give is it would be great if it came with a lid. So when it gets dropped I don't need to worry about wiping it before giving it to the baby. A lid will also help to prevent leakage as small amount of water can spill through the top of the cup when dropped.
Easy to clean and it doesn't make a mess – A friend recommended Munchkin Miracle 360 cup to me. I also watch youtube reviews about different brands of sippy cup before purchasing one. I also look at Wow cup as well because it have travel lid but decided to buy the Munchkin cup due to the following reasons: 1. Easy to clean as it only have 2 parts lid and no mold issue at all since it dry… Read more · 1
really well. Simple but effective design.
2. I was suprised that the cup is very easy to use and my 9 month baby at that time quickly learn how to use it (two attempt).
3. Quality of the plastic is really good.
4. The colours are nice and so vibrant.
5. The screw lid can be removed so the cup can be used as a normal cup. Perfect for when they are older too.
The rim of the cup is smooth (no bump when drinking from it). That's one of the cool design. Basically 2 in 1 cup function. A cup to keep for life.
The one thing that i was disappointed at was that the cup didn't come with travel lid (other country sells the lid) therefore I only let my baby use it at home.
Great transition cup! – Got it as a gift and daughter loves it. It takes time for her to use it properly but the silicone top is quite tight so it doesn't spill everywhere when she drops it. Just wish it comes with a lid! Show details · 1

Perfect cup! – Perfect cup for my child! We have 3 of them! We started using the cup at 8 months. My child loves to chew around the rim of the cup, leaving lots of teeth marks around the edges. Easy to clean (don’t loss the ‘o’ ring, if not it will leak) and bright colors! Show details · 1
