bought it for $33 from coles. It leaks when the lid is open, even if you drink out of it. I reached out to customer care and they said "the bottle is only leak proof when the lid is shut, the straw will leak from the small pressure hole". Customer service are refusing to replace the bottle or offer a refund. It's a terrible expensive product.

Not great especially considering price – Not great. Various lids have leaked/don't close anymore. Various lids have broken. Bought six and very disappointed with durability.

Great hot/cold insulated bottle – I recently purchased this for my 19m old as an upgrade from our bbox sippy cup. It does exactly what it’s meant to, keeps water cool which is perfect for warm days at the park. It also keeps drinks warm if you wanted to use it for warm milk or something. It’s a good size for small hands and the handle is good for carrying around. It’s easy to clean the straw can be pulled out for a quick and easy clean. The colours are super cute and can be matched with the food jar and lunchbox if you wanted too. Overall it’s a good product and does not feel cheap.

Hi Michelle, we are sorry you feel this way. The straw top on our insulated drink bottles do not have a valve. This means that the straw is free flowing and the drink bottle is leakproof only when the lid is closed as specified on the product packaging. As recommended, our Tritan drink bottles main feature is a spill-proof pressure valve straw top that prevents accidental spills even when the lid is open.
