If BCM were the last fencing company left in Perth I might as well go without… Unprofessional, takes multiple emails before they reply to 1 and difficult. Would not recommend.
Would not recommend this company – Unprofessional and overpriced compared to same work from other companies.
DO NOT USE THEM – I WOULD GIVE A ZERO START IF I COULD!!! BCM fencing was appointed by our land developer. I would NEVER recommend them. we dealt with them because we had to. They DO NOT return calls, texts or emails. They are extremely unreliable, rude and unprofessional. Workmanship is another issue altogether.
No Gate !! – Would Not recommend Bmc fencing . The customer service from contractor is terrible . The guarantee of 7 day turnaround is a joke . Been told 4 times now when my gate will be done and still not done gate has been ready since mid November and I got keys to house in the 4 th Dec and now we are 3 days till new year . . Left messages and no reply’s .
Outstanding service & quality – Arrived on time for the quote, erected fence when arranged, outstanding quality product & workmanship. I would recommend, we had others provide quotes, time frames for others were certanly around about when fence could be installed, BCM advised a date & were there on the date, can't ask much more than that.
Quote why waste your time and ours! – Came out to quote I accepted the quote phoned them to say are you happy to go with the job? No answer sent emails to say you quoted are you prepared to go along with the job? Definitely not reliable would not go ahead with them if this is any indication of communication… imagine trying to follow up their workmanship …
Absolute waste of time – Told I was going to get seen to on one day had to cancel, called and arranged another time, told me he’d be there after his child’s assembly, no phone calls back after numerous texts and calls. Poor business, absolute flog of a company.

Extremely poor workmanship and appalling service – BCM was appointed by the development to instal our fence and the quality of work is terrible. As per the photos one panel blew off the wall in the first two weeks as it had only been secured with two bolts. slightest breeze and is structurally unstable due to the panels being longer than they should be. It is clear that no thought has gone into our fence, how it should be installed or what would be best for the block we are on. I have requested 3 times for [Name Removed] the managing director of the company and the person who installed the fence to meet me onsite to discuss my concerns and he has ignored each request. He simply does not care. There are also multiple heights of the fence with huge gaps under parts of it and when we questioned this with [Name Removed] and asked if he would be installing plinths he told us this was not needed and instead suggested piling soil up against it. I believe [Name Removed] and his team lack experience and knowledge as they also made a mess of the front of our house when we asked him to close off the fence and leave a space for a gate. We are now left with a weird overhang to our boundary and a triangle corner which I have no idea what we are supposed to do with. I have never seen anything like it and once again when i questioned it with [Name Removed] he had no explanation or care to explain why it was done. I do not believe this is an industry problem instead it is just this business that have no care or pride in the work they complete. I had another contractor come and install gates (after I waited nearly 4 weeks with no response from [Name Removed]) and he did a great job. From start to finish it has been a horrible and stressful experience dealing with BCM and in particular [Name Removed] and I would never recommend them.
Professional and reliable – Eren and his team did a fantastic job. Well Done. Quoted a reasonable price and did the job of our backyard fence really well. Very happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend.
Great from quote to finish! – Eren and his team helped us reclaim a lot of unused space that was within our old pool fence area. We got a new modern looking fence, which was closer to the pool and therefore allowed us to have more activity room outside of the pool area for our family. Would definitely recommend Eren and BCM Fencing!

Great quality fence – The guys removing the old fence were quick and professional same as the guys who replaced the old fence with the new colorbond fence they were quick and the quality was awesome. The owner was easy too deal with will definitely recommend to other people.

No qoute – Rang them to arrange for someone to come to my property and give me a quote. They said they would ring me back in 2 hours to arrange a time for this but they never rang. Nice people

Amazing Service – BCM installed a gate on our property. From the first enquiry, to quote, to installation we found them absolutely amazing. Eren went over and above and did the little extras that you don't ask for like longer drop bolts so you don't have to bend over so far.. Unreliable and unprofessional – After nearly 2 months of waiting since quote was given for a fence repair, nothing has happened. All phone calls and emails are not returned. Very unprofessional. They have wasted my time.
Unreliable – We had quote for fence and side garden gate. We were dealing with a real estate agency so things took a while. Fence installation went ok, although the contractor did not clean up very well. Gate was delayed, a week or so I thought. Almost three months later still no gate and no communication despite my text messages and emails. Will have to go else where as I have given up on them.
unprofessional – one of the most unprofessional companies i have ever dealt with. Unreliable, unpunctual and impossible to contact - no reply to emails and phone calls go to a message bank of a "private number" .
Lies and False Promises – This chap [name removed] was asked for a quote on a simple fencing job. All we got was delays, lies and false promises. Finally gave up the chase after several weeks of pursuing [name removed] and are now trying to obtain another quote.
Awesome Job, would definitely be recommending to Friends and Family – They completed 26 metres of fencing and the results were excellent. The fence looks very nice and sturdy. The site supervisor for my house was satisfied as well. I am very happy with the job, I would definitely recommend their services.
Awesome job, highly recommended – BCM fencing was prompt and on time with providing an on site quote and then were quick to get our fence and gates built within a couple of weeks. BCM were friendly and made the process easy. We are very happy with our new fences and gates
Cheap for a reason – The cheapest of 3 quotes and a quicker installation date, however the job was not completed as verbally agreed and my emails to request the issue is rectified have gone unanswered. Also left a mess ( lifted paving and stepping stones along fence line ). My garden hose was running for about 12 hours solid on the day of installation.
BCM Fencing - We would not recommend this company – They took 7 hours just to fix 13 meters of hardie fencing. In the process they destroyed our 6 years old chili & lemon grass. They used our hose during the installation process and was not turn off completely was let dripping all night. At the end of the fence had a gap due to to poor measuring which they have filled with a thin strip of fibro… Read more
