If you complete it correctly, you'll get a cancellation confirmation notification. If you don't see a confirmation of cancellation, either try again or contact the customer service team directly. Hi Pam, I am not sure of your question. I received a refund for the majority of my payment for Be2. This is a Scam and they take approximately $300 from your bank account. The bank can not assist you and you need to email the email address info@cecluxembourg.lu if you have subscribed.

This website is a scam site, get your bank to reverse this payment.
The website is a con. Cancel your card immediately at the bank. Get a new card so they don't take anymore of your money. A lot of people get ripped off with this site. I tried to get a refund unsuccessfully. I even got threatening emails from Be2....they would get debt collectors onto me.
Graeme this is a scam. Contact the company that I contacted and you can get the majority of your money back. I received a refund a few months back. Email the following address and request assistance for the refund. info@cecluxembourg.lu Further information was on my comment.
its not really a questrion its just i had a look at your site and now you just endlessly send me fake woman who want to meet etc its a scam i read hundreds of stories of how this site is a scamn so no more emails just leave me alone if you were real id spend money with you but your not so go away

Has anyone successfully cancelled their subscription and gotton their money back??? I am single mum who is unemployed and cannot afford this total nightmare I've just got myself into! Hard lesson to learn and wish I had found these reviews before diving in. What is the best way to make sure no more money is taken from me? I am so mortified and feel sick
My best advice is to get hold of bank an if have also paypal too lock/replace card an block them from taking out money also with paypal as they will send message an you decline them. You have roughly depending on bank roughly 30-90 days too prove have attempted with them also. I have changed card an also locked with paypal them as also having no luck with this and made claim/complaint with westpac. Incase no success an prove have attempted.
Cancel all associated payment methods. I cancelled my credit card then they keep sending you threatening emails etc. from be2 - ignore them. SCAM.
You took money out of my account without my authorization. This is a fraud!
The site is a SCAM. Cancel all credit cards or Paypal linked ot they will keep taking money.

Hello Austin, Firstly you need to get off that site.It is the worse dating site you could possibly choose. Send Be2 an email asking them to remove your profiles and emails. If you don't have any luck there, go to Trustpilot. They reply fairly quickly once you put a compliant in on Trustpilot. Good Luck

I got completely ripped off by this company they kept renewing my subscription. I tried every way possible to cancel my membership. I have tried to contact them via the Customer Service email and only received vague answers. They're scammers. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid their charges. Beware! They're scammers
Yes, scammers. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and withdrew all my connected bank accounts ( the first debit was to an account I had recently closed but forgot to update with PayPal) . I have had contact with them and asked them to cancel my membership. They told me to put it in an attachment with my name and email clear. Seriously?!?! How did they respond to me? By email with my name clearly at the bottom. They got $30 from me ( someone paid into my paypal before I could stop them) but they will not get another cent! I think getting your bank involved is the only solution.

B2 is sending me their collection agency. I did email b2 my request of cancellation of which was only answered with an automated email "we will get back to you within 48 hour". They simply ignored my request. B2 is a SCAM!!! Christine
