information. Our project was delayed by over 11 months, with Beanstalk evading our calls and providing inadequate communication regarding the delays. This lack of transparency was especially concerning given the substantial financial investment involved. These delays resulted in us incurring thousands of dollars in additional interest payments and missing other better growth investment opportunities as we were locked in.

Despite assurances of a 9-month completion timeline, the project took nearly two years. Beanstalk attributed the delays to labor shortages due to COVID-19, but this excuse seemed disingenuous considering our project commenced well after the peak of the pandemic.

Furthermore, Beanstalk's actions contradicted their claims of prioritizing customer satisfaction. They attempted to placate us by stating they would halt sales in our area, only to resume selling similar packages a few weeks later. This felt like a deceptive tactic to silence our concerns.

Adding to our frustration, the final product deviated from the agreed-upon contract. We were provided with wooden fencing instead of the colorbond fencing specified in the contract, we were also pressured to accept Hebel construction instead of the brick specified in the contract, with the false assurance that this would expedite the completion process. Beanstalk sided with the builder on these discrepancies, leaving us feeling powerless and misled.

In summary, our experience with Beanstalk Property Investments was fraught with delays, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. Their actions demonstrated a disregard for our concerns and a prioritization of their own interests. I would strongly advise against engaging their services unless you are prepared for significant stress, sleepless nights and potential financial repercussions. I would give zero star rating if that was an option.
