Very poor customer service – * did not advise us of an obvious problem and disinterested staff. * When emptying tank on our rental property - they didn't advise thus that the baffles were missing * One week later tank again needed emptying * after phone discussions trying to resolve reason for problem they made an appointment to come back - but didn't bother to show up or cancel * When they eventually did show up, days later, they still didn't mention that the baffles were missing * issued us with a second bill * Our plumber said that the missing baffles were obvious and they should have let us know *. When I rang about the account, staff were extremely rude and would not negotiate any discount *. Spoke to another real estate agent and they said there had been a marked drop off in this companies level of service of late, they also had issues where appointments weren't kept or cancelled
