employees I would fire them. I got verbally abused and yelled at by this specific technician, who at first was really nice. I explained to her I wanted french tips for my overseas trip and showed her a photo. I said I liked relevantly long nails, not too short because when my nails are too short, acrylics look chunky on my big nail beds. I have never been one to say i’m not okay with their work because at the end of the day they are the professionals, but looking at how my nail looks before colour was put on I was about ready to burst into tears. I thought to myself i might trust the process and see if when she files it and adds colour it looks better, but it looked worse. I tried explaining to her that i didn’t like how it looked because to me it looked too “blocky.” But she continued putting nail polish on and told me it’s too late. She said there was nothing she could do while being rough with my fingers and i kept asking why. At the end of the day, they’re supposed to be trained for this no? Do you not want your customers leaving happy and satisfied? I explained to her that i didn’t like it and i was very calm until she started yelling at me. She started to tell me i would have to wait 30 minutes for her to go onto someone else and come back to me… while i had already been there an hour! I did not want to leave dissatisfied (unfortunately i still did) and I kept saying that I could not “believe she was yelling at me.” I was so disgusted by that behaviour and her repeated yelling left me balling my eyes out where a lady told another technician i looked quite upset (which i clearly was). Another lady had then come to do my nails 5 minutes later after I had been yelled at by one of her colleagues. I explained to this new lady that I just didn’t like the shape of the thumb and that’s all I wanted fixing and she was able to fix it for me. Going to nail salons has always been stressful for me, and this wasn’t my first time coming here either. I usually had good service and was quick (for reference i was there for 2 HOURS!) The service i received was appalling, and when i told the lady i would leave a review about her she continued to yell. She then even continued to speak in her language about me, which I understood everything she was saying. She was giggling and laughing and talking about how I said my nail looked too short and I wanted it longer. I am not silly, these people talk about you because they think you cannot understand. I was so disgusted. When i kept asking for a managers contact details they stated that the manager was away on holiday, which i then even heard them speaking about how i wanted to contact the manager in their langauge where they used the words “manager” and “holiday”. The laughing, the rudeness and the deplorable behaviour I received from one lady in particular was not okay. That whole time me being there i felt so attacked and my service was far from mediocre, it was downright yuck! I didn’t leave happy with my nails, although the lady who came and did my nails after i had been visibly hurt was really sweet and tried her hardest to make it a positive experience for me and for that I love, but i cannot act like the service i recieved before that was okay. I ended up leaving with my nails not being how they wanted and got sick or sitting there, so i said they were okay so I could pay and leave. I will never be coming back here again, I genuinly never thought i’d experience that in my life, but thank you to the second technician who tried to make me pleased. Please never come here unless you want to be yelled at for not liking YOUR nails! I even left my email there for someone to pass onto manager, I doubt they will, but best believe I will be continuing to go in until a manager is present! For reference, I payed $75 AUD for a shocking experience. wow!
I went to the one in Strand Arcade (Melbourne Central) for my lash extension and pedicure. The lash was full glam and lasted very long (3 weeks now and still half full). Very happy with the experience

the rude man argued that I was wrong even with showing him. He repeatedly kept saying they did a good job. Would not accept fault and was unreasonable. Pretty much told me bad luck !! Will never go back, that’s the thanks you will get for being a long time loyal customer.
Very dirty - used towels and the benches were filthy – I see others rate this place highly. My regular nail technician is away and she recommended this place. She recommended Ivy who was on holidays. There were 2 other women there who were rude. My SNS manicure has chipped after 2 days and it usually lasts 3 weeks. sterilised. There were dirty towels on the foot rests for the pedicure. The staff were eating food with the doors open while they were doing my nails. I had to leave to get cash because thete were handmade signs saying cash only, but this was after I booked. I shouldn't have come back, I really regret it.
Brand new , spotlessly clean, awesome pedicure – Stopped to try out a new salon which just opened. The place is spotless, the staff very friendly and professional and the pedicure was great!!! Will be back!!!! This is my new go to nail salon.
