It used to be my favourite place for treatments and products. Unfortunately they rebranded (services are worse, I cancelled my future appointments and asked for a refund) and website doesn’t work and can’t purchase products. Shame you lost a loyal client.
I’ve been seeing Carol at the Northland clinic in Melbourne and she’s fantastic. I alternate between skin needling and LED/skin peel treatments. Have been very happy with my results and Carol is always so welcoming.
I have been trying to contact your customer service team for a few months as well as trying to get help from clinics and I keep getting bounced around. appointment at your Clarence St clinic where the therapist advised that the laser was now “old” and “didn’t work very well” so I left with no treatment. I was told I could get the amount I paid used as a credit towards another service. I have just booked an appointment for injectables and have been told I can’t use this credit towards these but I can pick “another service.
I don’t want another service at your clinics. I just want all my money back and to forget this business even exists. I will be reporting you to NSW Fair Trading for selling services that cannot be used on machines that apparently don’t work and for not giving my money neck.
This chain of clinics is a scam!

Stay away!! – The photos speak for themselves. The two black jumper pics are after the first mini treatment; the others are after Clearskincare treatments and my skin now has long-term damage. ovaries (I didn't have them) and because I'd stopped the pill 6 months prior (both ideas dismissed by my GP). McCafferty still told me to stop her treatments and give my skin time to heal on its own! They also told me to go on the pill and take antibiotics to try and help my skin (this from a skin clinic).
Months living with the skin you see in the pictures, they told me LED Light Therapy treatments would help (I was desperate and the girls seemed so genuine) There weren't any improvements. They then ignored me for 2 YEARS while I sent countless emails and made numerous phone calls asking for a refund. I showed them that my skin was severely worse than before I went in and they kept telling me I'd get a call back but I didn't; they even blocked me on Facebook and told me they were 'having issues' with their iPad so they couldn't send all of my photos.
It was only when I said I'd post what I had happened that they responded and offered me a refund, but only if I signed a deed stopping me from posting anything anywhere (uploaded here). I went to Fair Trading, who Clearskincare Clinics ignored twice, then spoke to a lawyer who said they were in breach of Australian Consumer Law (they can now be fined for using a deed in this way).
I finally got my refund, but years on and my skin is still so much worse than before I went in. I still have acne that their SGA is meant to help with, but now with a lot more scars, marks and what looks like burst capillaries where they used the SGA. I've spoken to others on here who had similar experiences. Be wary of the amazing reviews - I assumed all was good when I read them too but I don't see any pictures like mine or the other girls' I've spoken to posted anywhere on their pages. Honestly don't risk it and go to a proper dermatologist - I've still not found anything that can reverse the damage caused at this clinic.

Pigmentation removal gone wrong!! – I went in for a pigmentation treatment not knowing whether to go with the overnight peel or IPL. The technician recommended to start with IPL. as the treatment started on my forehead I flinched and told the technician it was too hot and I could smell burning but she continued a few more times until I was really uncomfortable. Apparently the burning smell is normal. I have had this treatment done in the past with no pain and no downtime. She turned the temperature down slightly and kept going even after I told her it was too much, with her telling me that the temperature wasn't even at the highest setting it should be. She said "just a few more". I told her to stop before she could complete my whole face where she then pointed out how red my face was and that it wasn't a normal reaction. The treatment was cut short and I was placed under LED light for 10 minutes to help the burning sensation and i was still asked to pay for the treatment even though I was burnt and it was half done. The technician then started to apply a lotion and half way through asked if I am allergic to peanuts...ahhh If I was allergic i'm pretty sure its too late?! When I looked in the mirror I was horrified and she said she would give me a call in the morning to see how it settled. I spent the entire evening in pain and tears with cold wet cloths on the burns, where all the aggressive areas began to turn a greyish colour, bubble and blister. I have had constant headaches and been unable to sleep or work since my treatment. I received a phone call the morning after and explained the outcome. I was invited back for a follow up where I was again placed under the light for 10 minutes and given 2 products to take home. She apologised and said it will take longer for my skin to heal and that my skin shouldn't have reacted the way it did under the settings of the machine. No patch test was done. It was just get in and get out. The complete lack of professionalism and care is upsetting to me. There was no consent form, no warnings of the risks so you are made to believe you're in safe hands.

were useless, they just tried to sell more products. After one year, I still have horrible marks on my legs. They honestly don't have experience on hair removal laser for tanned skin. I also paid for some peelings, microdermabrasion and LED light on my face and it was a waste of money because I didn't do anything to my uneven skin. The worst experience ever!

New formulation is terrible! – I'd been using Clear Skincare products for years and now they've gone and reformulated their products and they're horrible! The hyaluronic acid serum no longer works. was allowed my daughter the previous month and also the same clinic in other suburb did allow my daughter in treatment room with goggles on. If that’s the policy it should be same throughout all clear skin and also we would hve been emailed before when the policy took place so that we don’t come with our kids. Coming there and than cancelling the appointment is just waste of time. So I def will be putting my feedback and really disappointed with this kind of service
Poor service – I've been a client since 2022 after moving here from NZ. I moved from the city clinic to the Preston clinic when the nurse I had left. Today I attempted to make an appointment for Saturday and no clinic could help me. I phoned a competitor and was given an appointment straight away on Saturday.
Excellent Service – My experience over a year now, with Tanya and the team at the Miranda clinic has been exceptional. The team is professional, knowledgeable and very polite. Always on time with my apts and there’s times I am as early as half an hour and they always accomodate me. scars (pitting) where I was treated which I guess I will now need to work out if that can be resolved/ reduced. So my advice would be don’t do this service. Go to a dermatologist before this. Maybe on your neck or back would be fine but don’t do it for you face its not worth it.

I’m worried that Am I in right hands for my skin treatment.?When I went second time for needling she was brutally cutting my skin with needling without applying enough gel.and she started the treatment after cleaning with alcohol wipe’s only. Great experience! Highly recommend the Clinic in Tarneit, Victoria – The entire experience was very smooth, Nurse Ferdous was very friendly and knowledgeable. Both myself and my friend Jane are very happy with the results. We will definitely be going back for more treatments.
love the products – I've been using clear skin for the past 2 months and love all their products. Cleared my breakouts to the point I'm so happy with my skin. I have now started using their mineral makeup and its a game changer, has to be the best makeup I've ever tried. My skin looks so good now and I haven't even had a treatment.

However on the day when my friend arrived he was told he could not use the gift card as one had already been used on that account. He explained the situation and they refused to listen, saying the gift had been used already. Claiming it had been used 3 times. We had already wasted our morning waiting for this appointment and we’re asked to sit and wait longer. We were then asked to come back a different time once again and did not want to wait any longer so we left. have me rebook which I declined. At this point she stated I needed to have some gel and proceeded to charge me for the treatment and gel. I was not provided a receipt for the payment. Due to running late for another appointment I paid and left. Later that day I looked at the gel and noticed it was essentially aloe vera and I did not need it at all (I have plenty of such a substance). In trying to return the gel product I was advised they had no returns policy?? and could take it to the ACCC if I wanted. I found the behaviour of the employees at this location despicable and would not recommend anybody to attend such as business.

so i didn’t understand why’s that if my underarm and bikini literally took 5min and they close at 6:00pm. on the website says everything takes 30min and i’ve done all of them before and it never took that much for full legs, i even asked if i could have done only half legs and bikini but she said no. i am really disappointed i live 2h from Mackay and i only came in here for the appointment, i’ve been doing laser treatment at the clinic since last year but definitely i’m not coming again
