began to sag again by August 2018, even though it was not used on a daily basis, in fact it was not used for more than 3 days per week, AND I am 72kgs and was sleeping in it alone. Before Sleepmaker would act on both complaints, they stipulated that I must strip the bed, take photos of the mattress with broomsticks and rulers across it from all different angles, take photos of the base and then upload the photos to them. Despite their provision of a product unfit for purpose, Sleepmaker refused to give me a refund so that I could purchase a quality mattress from an alternative supplier. Sleepmaker decided they would only replace the mattress with the latest equivalent and the warranty on the new mattress was back-dated to the original purchase date of the previous sagging mattress with no consideration whatsoever for the time in which it could not be slept or the time that it was away (supposedly) being repaired. This indicates to me that they have no faith in their own products, which is no surprise considering my experience. I have no idea how long the other Sleepmaker mattresses will last (I bought another one in May 2017), they are used even less than was mine. What I can say for sure is that I will never buy a Sleepmaker brand again and will stick to Neoluxe which I purchased for my other place and has been perfect, or any other brand to avoid the inconvenience and poor quality product provided by Sleepmaker. Beware, Sleepmaker also makes other brands.

Very disappointed in our purchase – It's been a couple of months now that i notice that the mattress is not the same as it was when we first bought it. terrible stiffness, it is extremely difficult to turn in bed. We are consistently rotating the mattress on the bed base like instructed when we bought it.

I am getting this uncomfortably pain in my ribs when the mattress goes down i am feeling the spring in my ribs. We purchased our mattress the 17 October 2015.

Every day I regret buying this mattress – Every day for the last 2 years I have had nothing but regret purchasing this mattress. King size sheets are too small but Super King sheets are too big which means every night the bottom sheet comes off. Norman where we purchased the mattress were no help with this issue.

The mattress indents where you lay, no matter how often you flip the mattress. The middle of the bed sits about 5cm higher then the sides and where we lay has gone extremely soft while the middle is still quite firm.

My husband and I wake every day with back pain which we put down to how quickly the mattress has lost its firmness.

Overall we spent a lot of money on this mattress and are still paying it off on an interest free card and can't afford a new one until this one is paid off.

I definitely do not recommend this product.

Terrible – No Support. Slept for 4 hours, got bad spinal cramps and muscle spasms, then had to get up and try 2 different toppers, even tried a wool underlay, still bad. Had to go back to the store and ask to exchange for King Koil. One bad nights sleep and I had to go into another room to sleep for the rest of the night, then return to the osteopath the next day. Bad – We had a replacement with an illusion , after a few days it has sunk again . It appears that the manufacturer do not make beds as the showrooms beds that are in Harvey Norman ! This needs to be investigated again !!!! Avoid sleepmaker please !!!!!!!!!!  Show details

DO NOT BUY – Please do not buy a bed from these guys and or Harvey Norman. PLEASE READ ON: I am speaking with the bed manufacturer and sent them the pictures as requested but I also have spoken with HN in regards to a refund asap in accordance with Australian Consumer Law in reference to a major problem with the bed as many people have listed on this site.… Read more

I am in a position to, and will take HN to court and or the bed manufacturer if this situation is not sorted as soon as possible.

Looking at the reviews of this bed here it is not the first time HN have been made aware of deficiencies and under the consumer protection law section 7 in regards to making false or misleading claims are in clear breach of this through the continual sales and claims made in regards to the quality of the product.

I purchased this bed only a few months ago on a sale at Harvey Norman on the understanding it is the best bed in the market. I am thoroughly disappointed after three months it has started to sag and dip, this has caused huge problems for me and my fiance in not sleeping. In addition to this she is pregnant which has caused further upset and distress due to her not sleeping because of the products deficiencies. We are currently having to use an airbed which is absolutely ridiculous.

So disappointed with Harvey Norman and Beauty rest beds by Sleep Maker. Will update as these complete jokers try the tactics listed by others on this thread.

Best bed ever! – We have had our bed for almost a year and it is fantastic...just like sleeping on a giant pillow. Not exactly sure of the model but it has dark blue piping on blue and white fabric and was purchased from Harvey Norman mid 2015, cost a bomb even at half price. comfortable as it seems like a rock but somewhere along the line it softened up and became amazing like the one I tested in store. Absolutely love it as does my husband and we both sleep better, my hip pain has virtually gone and I fall asleep much easier so it's been worth the money. I recommend this bed without any hesitation.

Sleeping never felt so good – Just brought this mattress after shopping around for weeks from Harvey Norman. The Mattress is a Queen Medium and it feels so comfy, the best nights sleep I have had in a long time. Happy to review again with commits after 6 months based on other feedback here.
