Love this bed – I have had this bed for 4 years Kensington 2 plush gold collection it is just like new very comfortable my wife is 8 months pregnant and loves it I just asked her if we should buy a new bed and she told me over her dead body we are very happy and would recommended this bed to anyone.

Never buy this bed – I purchased this from Wiley Park Harvey Norman. Michael the other reviews this bed sags too much. Harvey Norman was very I'm helpful they will not deal with you they say to do with the manufacturer. The manufacturer will then say we can't give you a refund because we do not have a contract with you. The Department of fair trading couldn't help because Harvey Norman did not reply back to them now I'm going through NCAT for a decision to be made in my favour .

Simmons Kensington KS Mattress - painful down the track – Hi everyone, I too bought the King Kensington back in 2012. Comfortable at start, then that deteriorated quickly, and for past few years, killing my back. Ended up sleeping on pillow to support lower back area, as every day woke with back pain without support. Now sleeping on "Makin Mattresses" Double Hotel/Motel in spare room until I invest in another "MM" King Size. Firm and so much more comfortable, and wake up without previous pain.

Worst mattress ever. Such a waste of money!! DONT DO IT – We purchased the Kensington medium II King ensemble 2 years ago. First few months were like sleeping on a cloud. Then it started sinking where you sleep with a big lump in the middle of the bed. We contacted the supplier and sent photos etc, but they say it's normal. We again contacted them a few months ago and supplied more photos. We were told the same thing, that it was normal. We have had to go purchase a new mattress this weekend as it's hurting my hubby's back. So very disappointed.
