Bedggoods Kia Dealership Wendouree

After support is horrendous. My 21 Kia Sorento GTline had 2 transmission replacements. The service manager has robotic manners and is highly unreliable. I had several other issues like them not wiring in my towbar harness on install, but the worst was after submitting a vehicle rejection refund notice it took over 6 months to get a refund. I had… Read more
to call the dealer 24 times and Kia Australia 15 times during this time. I received only a handful of calls. I was lied to constantly about what was happening. Emails were very infrequently answered. On one occasion when I was showing them how loud the transmission was they sent the technician with me for a test drive IN A CUSTOMERS car to compare. They got the keys for the car in front of me and were only put of view for 15 seconds max so permission is almost impossible. They will not refund until they get their rebate from Kia first and have little to no grasp on Australian consumer law
Brought my Mazda cx5 in for a service and the person at the service check in was very friendly and helpful. They carried out an excellent service and even washed my car and vacuumed the carpets. I am very satisfied. Thank you. Show reply
Follow-up · All of the above were carried out. Thank you.
Service centre, inattentive and gaslighting. Ask for a warranty item to be looked at, they claimed nothing was said, booking online filling out notes that were ignored. Was shown how to use a door handle, one of the service team was pushing it back in to show me it was functioning correctly. Asked him to stop pushing it back in. Denied anything… Read more
was said. Constantly told me I didn't say anything and followed me out after I said don't worry about I will go to another dealership, asking my why I was like that.
I felt really uncomfortable with the guy's behaviours, I suffer from anxiety and had a panic attack.
If you're going to treat a customer with manipulation and gaslighting, I will be using another dealership. Don't argue with customers.
Never again will I go near this place.
Fantastic service – I recently brought a Chery Omoda and I absolutely love it. The sales team were wonderful and very helpful. VJ Samy helped me from start to finish and has kept in contact with all my questions and queries. I have never had service like this before. Thank you all at Bedggood’s !!
A positive experience – I saw an ad for a car on Carsales. My enquiry was answered straight away by Lewis from Bedggoods Cars in Wendoree. Normally I would feel pressured to commit when I make an enquiry and even though Lewis was doing his job, he assisted me and answered all my concerns. He did it with respect and kindness. He told me that I was not obligated to buy… Read more
even though he was getting the road worthy and car detailed. I was apprehensive because I have been burned before. Got there this morning and was surprisingly very very pleased. The car was immaculate, exactly as posted and what Lewis said it was going to be. The sale was concluded in a very smooth manner. Driving 1hr 30mins was so worth it. My children were very surprised that I bought a car straight away. This is the first time in 30 years I have experienced a positive transaction. Lewis thank you!
Highly recommended – Purchased the Rexton Ultimate Sports Pack. We dealt with Brodan, Adam and Alex who all were super helpful. Brodan was there today when we picked up the vehicle and was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. We found the purchase of our vehicle to be a very pleasant experience. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this dealership
Purchase of my new car – I would highly recommend the friendly group at Bedggoods Wendouree who made my purchase so easy. A huge thank you to Ebony who was very helpful, professional & such a joy to deal with. And in doing so what was a test drive ended up being a sale to us, thank you Ebony.
New Kia Carnival – Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Ben and all the team at Bedggoods Kia including Wayne and Manny that were of great assistance through the sales process. Car arrived months quicker than expected, fair and easy trade-in and Ben provided a wonderful and thorough delivery and made sure we understood all the features and what to expect at our first service. Would be more than happy to recommend him and Kia to anyone looking. Thanks!!!
Terrible and unprofessional guys to deal with, – Never keep U updated or return phone calls, delivered me an un-detailed car , Under a quarter tank of fuel , payed them 27k cash and got the most in genuine worst deal ever, keep clear from these guys
Ubeaut old fashioned customer care – 9yo Sorento had dashboard air bag alert, took to Bedggoods Kia. Parts ordered, loan coustesey car job done. KIA Safety warranty covered the parts/labour. That's good news but the friendly knowledgeable staff make going there well worth it. Thank you Folks Cheers Andrew McNeill
Customer service sucks – I moved from Mazda to Kia. Nice car but not a thorough handover. I thought this was because the sales person who sold me the car left the company before I took possession of the new car. Now I am back for the first service. I asked if I could take a car so I could continue my day while they serviced mine. They said that instead they could do me… Read more
fist in the 08:00 to 09:00 slot. This I agreed to as it would have little impact on my appointments for the day. I arrived 10 minutes early and had to wait till 08:00 on the dot before any doors opened. I was then told that the service would only begin at 08:30. The day before I received a text confirming 08:00. When I mentioned to the receptionist that, had I known this, I would have taken a replacement vehicle she said she would get someone onto it right away. Just talk. They took my car in at 08:30. I had also arranged that a salesperson walk me through q number of features that I am not fully familiar with, while I waited for the service. This was met with enthusiasm and I was told someone would be with me from 08:30, which is when the sales staff start their day. Just talk again. So I've been sitting here for an hour now, looking at a pop up of [name removed] proudly claiming to be an ambassador for Kia since 2004. The poster sports a broken neck. Says a lot about the attention to detail, forward thinking and general ability to get it right here at Bedggoods! Mazda never failed like this, they were professional right from the start and with each and every service! Pity you can't buy a Kia through them!
Untrustworthy and dodgy car sales – Looking for a new car?? I would NOT recommend my local Kia dealer (Bedggoods Motor Group). I recently paid a deposit on a 'Demo' Cerato and was told that it had just returned from the panel shop to repair some 'minor cosmetic' damage to the front. When I inspected the vehicle and requested a copy of the repair documentation to confirm the 'minor… Read more
cosmetic' repair, no one at Bedggoods was able to provide photo's of the damage, an incident report or anything from their own files (surely there were emails between Kia Ballarat, the insurance company and/or the panel shop?), the insurance claim and were not even willing for me to contact the panel shop to obtain a verbal report on the minor repairs. It is not hard to begin to think that this is truly suspect behaviour considering I had already signed a contract, paid a deposit and yet they were not able/not willing to provide me with anything to confirm their 'story'. Even refused to provide me with written documentation on their letterhead to confirm that repairs were only 'minor and cosmetic'. After Barry Bedggood then tried to use his own style of sales tactics on us (which resulted in my wife having to leave the showroom due to what she considered 'Car Salesman' bullying tactics). To be fair to the salesman, we gave Bedggoods Kia a few more days to come up with some sort of proof of repair. Suffice to say, they were unable/unwilling to provide any documentation in regard to the repairs and the contract of sale was cancelled by me. We are now the proud owners of a Kia Cerato Sports, courtesy of Essendon Kia. We tried to support our local business but due to their dodgy behaviour, we were forced to shop elsewhere and am more than happy with Essendon Kia's sales and service. Can only reiterate, would NOT recommend Ballarat Kia!!
