could not explain what the courier had done wrong and that shaken bottles is a risk of having them delivered. My tip, go to their store to buy don't do it online...or like me and my best mate you will be very disappointed. Shop around for a company that backs its deliveries with a customer satisfaction guarantee.

I recently ordered the Trappist mixed 12 pack. I found Ian at Beer Cartel was responsive to my emails and handled a last-minute request with grace. The package arrived within days, was well packed, and contained an impressive range of “top shelf” beers. Thanks Beer Cartel - I look forward to placing more gift orders in the future.

Smooth transaction, great variety – Placed an order for a mixed lockdown beer pack and the variety and price seemed decent. Would be good to have a few more options for shipping but otherwise all good.

started spamming me with emails despite not signing up – Was looking to purchase several beers for a birthday present however opted against it for now. Beer Cartel then started spamming me with emails that I hadn't signed up for and did not include any opt out. Not overly happy with that experience.

Fibbers – My first parcel was not delivered on time. It was way over the days they claim (2-3) the address is around the corner from their warehouse for goodness sakes. The second parcel, didnt arrive at all. I wrote to the beer cartel who told me 'postie had come n gone and left a slip' That was bogus. I was home all day and there was no slip...so wheres my parcel and where did he go? I dont like liars.

Pretty good if you ask me – Went to this store for the first time this week, it's exactly what Sydney has been missing for some time. Their sign says over 300 beers and I think that is probably correct with a large range of craft beer from Australia, New Zealand, the US and overseas. I will be back!
