Beko 8kg Front Load Washer BFLB8020W

I bought this machine 2 years ago and I regret buying it ever since. It's noisey and the wash cycles are sooo lloonngg. It washes well enough but so did my past machines and without the noise and length of time. I've had a plumber look at the machine as I thought there must be something wrong with it to make such a racket, however he couldn't find anything wrong with it. It was my first Beko purchase and will be my last.

Washer started having electical issues which would stop the machine working less than 1 year in. We had electrical display board replaced only for it to happen again within a week. Instead of replacing the machine we have to wait again for a beko aligned repair person to come out, which last time took about 2 weeks as there’s only 1 person in town who does it. I suggested just replacing the machine as it’s already been repaired and had the same problem but now we have to wait for repair man to call. It’s mid winter and I can’t wash, probably for another couple of weeks before it’s sorted. Very inconvenient. Wish we had not bought this brand machine.

Purchased 15.4.25 The machine has a terrible smell. The clothes come out with the same repulsive smell. Chemical weird smell. Contacted Beko, advised the call person I had used, vinegar, bleach, enzymatic, Nilodor, nappies San, all on drum clean, also tried hot wash. Nothing worked.leaving the door open. Still smells. When in use the smell stinks out the laundry. Beko consultant advised to give it a month and see how it goes. The smell should disepate. With that smell, I don't think I want to wear the clothes after being washed in this machine, as the smell is strong and stays on the clothes. Horrid smell! The smell makes you feel sick and gives you a headache.
