Problematic over 2.5 years – Just had the machine taken away and replaced. Unfortunately I had problems with detergent dispenser not closing properly, leaking water, and digital display and program problem. After 2.5 years had to get rid of it. About 6 months out of warranty. Show details
Our 6yr old Beko very reliable – We bought our 7.5kg Beko about 6 years ago. We've had no problems. In it's first few years, it catered for 4 adults and one child. In the last year, it has been catering for 6 adults and 4 kids, so typically on at least twice a day - and some of us probably overload it regularly. No problem in 6 years. Seems to wash well and don't think… Read more
it particularly noisy - no one in the household has complained about any aspect. I'd buy another one for sure.
Beware! Beko do not stand by their products! – From very early on this machine it had problems. Small at first (like the clothes not spinning as dry as you would want) then progressing to worse over time. We alerted Beko of the issues and we had their serviceman over many time to replace various parts. Nothing resolved the issue and after the 2 year warranty period ran out their serviceman… Read more
simply stopped responding to my calls and emails (thanks Waiheke Appliance Services) and Beko simply washed their hand of it (excuse the pun). A sad end to a sad machine - which I see they've now stopped making....no surprise. This is more about Beko however....they do not stand by their products. Buy elsewhere or you will regret it.
Don't buy Beko – We bought a Beko 2 years ago. Within six months, it wasn't draining properly so Beko came out and fixed it. Just over a year later, the machine cycles stopped working properly and we had to turn the machine off manually. Luckily we purchased the extended warranty. However, 5 weeks after we raised the issue with Beko it still isn't fixed. We have… Read more
had their contracted technicians out 3 times so far and each time, they have failed to fix it. They actually made the machine worse so now it doesn't even partially function. The technicians don't seem to know what they are doing. Would not recommend anyone buy a Beko unless you want to spend a lot of time at your local laundromat. Their product is deficient and so is their after sales service.
Not great – 4 months after the warranty ran out my washing machine stopped spinning and also began pumping the water out of the machine as soon as it began to fill. It has had only moderate use and has been well looked after. Besides that it has noisy wash cycles and as someone said earlier it feels as though there is an earthquake in the house on any spin… Read more
cycle (yes it was balanced). It was good on clothes and washed well but would be looking elsewhere if considering buying one.
Had it for just under two years, then it failed – It washes our clothes fine - that said we dont tend to get them muddy or super dirty. Haven't noticed it wearing out clothes - and the delicate cycle is very gentle. It is quiet, and its barely noticable when the door is shut. Favourite feature was that when (if your load was properly balanced) it span up to 1400 RPM on the spin dry stage;… Read more
our clothes were almost practically dry. One thing to note, is that this washing machine only has a cold water inlet. It then uses a heating element to get the wash up to temperature. This means if you have anything other than cold wash - it will increase the cycle time - in order to heat the water up.
Another favourite feature is when it decided to break down, and did the most obsecure thing: it would pour a small amount of water into the drum, then empty the drum - and repeat this without the machine even commencing the first stage of the wash.
Luckly it was just a few months inside the manufacturers warranty (although we had extended warranty anyway). Guy came out the following day to repair the fault.
It's since been sold off and replaced with a Fisher & Paykel
Its doesn't spin when it's washes the clothes – Its don't wash our clothes ..but its spin them out.. So I getting ripped off not happy with it so I should be able to get a refund for this ..or go have to fix the respin when its washing ...get its together nd fix the products before its sold Show details
Waste of money – Often refills dispenser tray with water at end of cycle, nearly every wash has to be respun as it fails to spin and drain properly. Had repair man out 5 times in the last year since I brought it. Apparently its a problem with them and nothing you can do.
Not Happy – I noticed that this model is discontinued,I am not surprised. I have put up with this machine for 2 1/2 years . It does not spin the cloths properly, l am tired of having to respin .... I will never purchase another Beko product.. I will be buying a new Bosch machine.the one I had before this Beko disaster lasted me 12 years
Absolutely the worst washing machine – This machine, literally shakes the paintings off my walls. I have never seen anything like it. I've had the Beko approved repairman here several times and he says he can do nothing with it. Beko, couldn't care less Very rarely will it spin the load dry properly. I use the 1200 cycle when I can, usually the 1000 as I fear the damn thing will… Read more

Never , ever would I buy or recommend another Beko product. The worst washing machine I've had in 50 years
Stay Away – Notice most the positive reviews are from new owners ? I was happy too, until the warrentry ran out and the machine died. I had done everything right by the machine and looked after it. Worse still Beko won't even answer emails detailing the problem and politely inquiring into any advice and parts availability. So my opinion the machine is rubbish and the service worse
Wish I never brought this washing machine – I have had this washing machine for one year now and it's the 3rd time it has broken down. Worst washing machine I had ever brought the amount of money I have spent at the laundry mat. Waiting on people to come fix it 3 weeks was the longest I have waited. With 5 kid in the house I am not impressed at all if I could just get my money back, I would… Read more
buy a better brand. Never will I ever buy this brand in anything ever again waste of money and time. Cheers BEKO!
Very happy with this machine - have changed my washing habits – Very happy with this machine which I have had now for 4 months. First use was problematic because I didn't use a low enough amount of powder to prevent a suds problem. After that sorted all well. I mostly use the shorter cycles with less clothes in the wash and have changed washing habits to counter what I consider to be a general front loader… Read more
problem - they don't wash as much as they say they will in one wash as well as they say.
Can be a bit noisy at times. Compared to my previous top loader things are not nearly as creased when finished, but they are not as dry either as by keeping the time to the shortest, I don't do a longer spin - may change this in winter.

Know better, choose better.
Extremely disappointing – I brought a new machine over a month ago. It worked twice then dead as a Dodo. Beko refused to replace it saying I had to wait for a "Motherboard" to be imported. Appalling customer service, sold me a machine that did not work but would not replace it. My advise? Don't EVER buy a Beko.
Lasted 4 months past warranty expiring – To be honest, an excellent front loader except for only lasting 4 months past the 2 yrs warranty. Both the motor & electrical board died together 2 days ago. Cost to fix about the same price as to buy new. If you can't get at least 5 yrs out of a major appliance purchase then the product isn't worth buying the first time, little own buying a second time.
Great washer – Had no problems so far, owned for approx 3 months. Bought this one due to being happy with our Beko dishwasher. Store owner had positive things to say about Beko quality & aftercare in comparison to other more expensive brands. Like the 1600 spin cycle option for bf's work clothes in winter. Only need a tiny amount of powder compared to our old top loader. Recommend!
Disappointed turn happy after problem fixed – I bought this machine in July 2013 based on the recommendation from the Store Manager and some reviews from the internet. It was amazing for the past 9 months as it was much quiet than my previous Electrolux and the design with 3 tiny whole in the rubber ring which could release the residual water is wonderful. But my nightmare begins on Good… Read more · 3
Friday. After back home from a holiday with load of dirty cloths, the machine was not functioning. Lodged warranty claim on Tuesday morning who promised next 24 hours will received a call "arrange" for an appointment. No call after 24 hours. On Wednesday afternoon rang again and had been advised that a SMS will be sent before 8am on Monday to confirm the technician visit time. Thanks god, I received a SMS on Sunday afternoon which confirmed appointment time between 8am and 11am.
It's good that the technician had come around 10am. After opened up the top part, it contain water everywhere in the machine and he said he needs to order parts and return within the next 5 to 7 working days.
Is anyone had the similar problem with Beko? Please feel free to share your comment whether this is the normal procedure as I was told should a machine contain water, normally the manufacturer will replace a new one as to avoid any possible electrical shock or electrical short circuit after the machine is repaired. Is that right?
As the warranty claim is ongoing, I will update again. Thanks. Quiet Not satisfy with the warranty service
