intermittent but I can put one school jumper in and it comes out sopping wet - the water drain but it doesn't reach the spin selected. Its now been at a repairer for 2 weeks and they claim they can find nothing wrong. Total lemon, costing me time and money, would not but again or recommend. Currently saving for a new machine.

Can see why it was discontinued – Look it cleans great don’t get me wrong and has a lot of setting which are suited to my washing lifestyle BUT we’ve had issues after issues since buying it new a year ago. Then it started becoming really off balanced after having it professionally balanced! To the point it was nearly pulling the cord out of the wall because it would end up half was across the laundry! We’ve had beko out to look and they can’t see and issue with it so refuse to replace it! I won’t be buying this brand again

A great machine packed with features and a huge capacity – I wanted to wait a bit until i reviewed this machine to try out all the functions. For the price i paid ($858) and with the $200 Qld rebate is has ended up being a superb bargain. that is lightly soiled, the steam therapy part appears to work very well too

What i like most .. Is that is is HUGE inside. We now do 2 loads where we used to do 4.

Another tip, which Beko told me is that you only need to use 2/3 or even less of the powder you use in older machines. I noticed a lot of suds until i phoned them and they told me that but even with the lower dose powder clothes come out as clean as a whistle

Good value machine – It cleans as expected. I've had a Bosch which was fantastic. And an Electrolux which broke down twice in three years. Got this machine as it was one of the cheapest 10kg machines and they had a 5 yr warranty. If you keep in mind that it's not a high end machine, it is good value for money. at 1400 rpm (more than my Electrolux did) but for the most part it's quiet.

The steam function does absolutely nothing, shirts come out exactly the same as when you put them in.

I like that it holds a lot and seems quite solid, I'll be happy to get 5 yes use out of it.

Told appliances online about my machine breaking down so they gave me a discount on this one.

Electrolux gave me an enormous discount on a New machine but i had already purchased this one.

Engine broke – Had this machine 15months and motor broken After 20 years of fisher and pykel with nothing breaking, I'd go back to their products. Good on water, and love the fact theres no washing blade. That's about all I can say, I just hope before don't charge me. So many options I don't really use, and sometimes it doesn't spin that well. king-size sheets fit! The drain hose definitely needs to be longer. Some plastic has "shed" from the machine and exited via the drainage hose. And since the drain function relies on gravity to do its job, the washer cannot simply sit on the floor and drain properly. When loaded with clothes and water, I estimate that the washer weighs nearly 60kgs which may be too much weight for some people to lift. I am in the process of building a custom cabinet for the washer that will safely elevate it for draining purposes. I also use the detachable showerhead in my bathroom to fill the tub with water as it's simpler than fiddling with hoses. So far, it's done a good cleaning job, including some stains on clothes. Keep in mind that using this machine requires more hands-on labor and time than a standard automatic washer but if you have the time and want to save money, this is a good buy. Also keep in mind that you need a place to line dry all your laundry and that clothes will not feel as soft as if you had dried them with heat. For the price, I am for the most part happy with what I received.

machine is the wash are with a door in the bathroom so its locked behind two doors so cant really hear it as such. it has many options and I like that i could use one of some 10-15 programs to wash the clothes.

Awesome washing machine – This is my first 10kg washing machine and I must say this unit is awesome. Nice big drum for plenty of room, easy to use programs, has a separate liquid dispenser that you insert when using liquid and take out when you use powder. The only downside is how long the wash cycle take even though you program it for a certain time it seems to go on forever and I've noticed this to be on the auto/regular cycles.

This machine takes a beating in our house and is used maybe 2 - 3 times a day with a growing family of 5.

With a 4 star energy rating and a 4.5 star water rating, 2yrs manufacturers warranty and a 10yr prosmart inverter motor warrant, this machine cleans very well, is super quiet during spin times and water fill. I'd definitely recommend getting your hands on one of these.

Second guessing – This washer is very frustrating because of the very long program times. I'm having to manually change from wash, rinse and spin.
