Misleading – Purchased these articles on FINAL SALE. I was not expecting the sizeing to be soooo small. I ordered XV ULTA VOL. As I am size 16..... .they were so small I could not even try them on. Unable to raise the garment past my thighs. I am not eligible for exchange or refund, so will wear the cost and advise other unsuspecting clients to stay away from these incorrect sized bella body rubbish.

Misleading customers – I'm sorry but this company is misleading. It promotes bamboo products but they're not. They're viscose. Yes extracted from bamboo plants, but viscose is viscose. sustainable synthetic fabric, but it uses toxic chemicals in a highly polluting process, releasing carbon disulphide into the environment and putting third world (China in this case) workers at health risks. Yes, viscose is good at trapping moisture, keeping you cool but it's not good for personal hygiene. I personally sweat in viscose, leading to skin irritation and UTI's, which I've had too many of since buying and using their undies.

Not suitable – I purchased the support panties high waist. They cut into my waist & rolled down. And the support tank top rolls up. Frustrating. Show details

Poor quality and no follow up customer service – I purchased new underwear and after 1 wash, both pairs had threads that had come undone, with 1 of the pairs needing to be thrown in the bin. Beware!!! Of The "First Pair of Knickers Return" – As a first time buyer in Nov 2021 having watched the Channel 10 TVSN Bella Bodies segment, I was attracted to try Bella Bodies because they offered a return first pair of knickers free policy. Bamboo panties and ventured to try their "polyamide" material knickers only to find the fit not the same as the bamboo material of similar design. When I attempted to return these under Bella Bodies "return first pair" knickers policy, I'm informed that I cannot return them as I've already returned the firming shorts, which are a completely different design of undergarment. I found their first return free policy misleading. I suggest Bella Bodies expand the description of their panties to explain that the sizing differs between the bamboo and polyamide materials even though the designs are similar. I now have several pairs of panties (sucked in by the buy multiple pack) which I cannot wear.

UPDATE: After being firmly told I cannot return the panties discussed above, I requested my matter be escalating, asking for dinner to return my call. I instead received an email from Bella Bodies who have now allowed me to return the pants in question, as I have not previously purchased these designs.
