TERRIBLE ! Painful, noisy and just unpleasant altogether. Don't make my mistake – When I saw this advertised on Kogan at nearly half price (and confirmed by comparing similar products advertised elsewhere) I thought I'd give it a go. I must admit though, I had my reservations when I saw Kogan's get-out-of-jail clause basically trying to refuse returns on it ("No change of mind policy" - which includes anything and everything after you have opened the packaging ?!). The online reviews and Youtube videos I saw on similar products looked promising so I decided to buy it.

The first time I used it I made it a snug fit and the pain it caused was ridiculous ! If you've ever had a blood test and thought they may have pumped the cuff up with air one or two times too many - that's what this felt like, but a dozen or two too many pumps ! Aside from the tightest squeeze you've ver felt, there was no way of relaxing because I was so worried it was going to explode itself ! By the time I stopped it and took my legs and feet out of it, the soft tissues were all crushed and in severe pain.

The next day I tried again - thinking I may have caused the problem by having it too tight, so I left more space for the air. It didn't change anything - it just inflated it more to cause the same pain. Time to check Kogan's return attitude.

Sure enough, they tried to refuse saying once it was opened there were no returns. Had to send another email explaining Australian Consumer Law and the false and misleading words in the spiel (to show breaches of the Trade Practices Act) before they'd do the right thing.

Just avoid this product and save yourself the time, money, pain & hassles ;)
