Great for circulation, but skip the "Medic Coach" model—accessories are poor value. I have used the Revitive Medic Coach daily for two months, and the core foot and lower leg stimulation is excellent. It has been instrumental in eliminating my ankle swelling, improving circulation, and almost entirely stopping the nightly foot and calf cramps I… Read more ·  1

used to suffer from. However, the peripheral accessories included with this top-of-the-range model are a major disappointment. Specifically, the TENS/EMS electrode pads are made with incredibly flimsy wiring. Despite following the instructions, mine were rendered useless after just four uses. The device registers them as connected, but as soon as the TENS function is activated, I receive an error message to "Attach your body pads" (which are already attached). This suggests a break in the delicate internal wiring. I was further disappointed to find that while the main unit has a two-year warranty, these peripheral attachments are specifically excluded. With replacement pads costing $20–$40 plus postage—and a projected life of only 30 uses—the value proposition is very poor. If you need a TENS function, you are better off buying a dedicated standalone device for $40. Final Verdict: The foot massage technology works wonders, but save yourself $100 and buy the basic model. The "Medic Coach" upgrade accessories are let down by poor build quality and restrictive warranty terms.

I have knee pain more than 12 months. My partner purchased this machine 2 years ago and asked me to try, after I tried few days and I could see the result that my knee pain got improved so I purchased my own one. Now, I have used this machine for 2 months now and the pain from knee almost gone just occasionally fell a mild pain. I even recommend my friend to get one this as my friend has some knee pain like me Show details ·  1

Happy feet – So far have noticed an improvement in my neuropathy in my feet. Looking forward to continued use and see what improvement I can still get. Legs don't seem as restless of a night. Only had for a couple weeks, so pretty happy so far. Show details ·  1

Easy to use with rapid results – Revitive Medic Coach is light-weight, simple to use and comes with a mobile app which makes it even easier to use whilst seated. Ideally used during an hour long TV show or web video. It improved my circulation within about 2 weeks and has also improved the health and appearance of my feet. Show details ·  1

I have had the device for just on a month and it took some time to get used to. In the last week or so I have been getting what I call an electric shock to the souls of my feet making it difficult if not impossible to use. After doing some research… Read more ·  2

I was advised this is a common side effect and can be managed with moisturising cream and hydration. I have found the device has definitely improved the swelling in my legs so I really want it to work but if the shock effect can’t be fixed I can’t use it and I will send it back under the 60 day money back guarantee.

Follow-up  · I continued to have problems with the electric shock issue so before giving up I tried using a medicated foot balm I bought from Chemist Warehouse. I used the cream daily and stopped using the Revitive for about 5 days. Since then I haven’t had any further problems so the suggested solution did work and I use the foot balm regularly so the problem doesn’t reoccur.

I was in so much pain with my knee (severe osteoarthritis) since Dec 25 and someone suggested Revitive Coach with the thigh pads. Within a few days my knee started to get better and now I am pain free. It only hurts when going up the stairs, but it is minimal. I have now purchased the ultrasound and body pads to work on my back and shoulder. I… Read more ·  1

have been off pain and anti-inflammation meds for over 4 weeks. I can now walk freely, exercise and use the bike in prep for my surgery in Sept 26 and feel confident I can lose the kg needed. My Orthopedic surgeon is very impressed with my results so far. Money well spent and my husband can use it as well. I also suffer from lipedema and lymphedema, and my lymph physio is amazed at the fluid reduction. The use of lymphatic support has reduced, and I am able to better manage the fluid. I went from being unable to wear shoes to being able to fit into my shoes again. This is mostly from lymph therapy but in the last month I have gone from size 42 back to 41 my normal shoe size with Revitive. I wish I had started year ago when my chemist suggested it, but I baulked at spending the cost.

Don’t lend your old Revitive :) – I had an old original Revitive unit which would have been at least 20 years old. I loaned it to a close relative and she returned it inoperable. :( I decided to buy the new Medic Coach as a replacement and what a great experience. The order was received and despatched in good time. It arrived well packed and in good condition. I found the… Read more ·  1

instructions intuitive and easy to follow and had it charged and set up and running in a short time. This new model is just so much better than my old one which I did like but this has so many new features which make it so easy to use. With it I ordered a storage carry bag a set of kneepads and a tube of cream moisturiser. I have not had to use the moisturiser as my hydrated level are good. This was not so with my old original unit as I had to apply the cream to my feet before every use. The bag is very convenient for travel and its design is very durable and well thought out. I can not speak highly enough of my new Revitive and the company, Actegy Health that supplies these in Aus.

Revitive Medic Coach - Product OK, App and Login is a frustrating nightmare – We purchased the Revitive Medic Coach, which had to be ordered-in as our local Good Guys store did not carry this premium model in-stock. However, delivery of the product to our local store was prompt. We found instructions not especially helpful as we are a couple who both wanted to use the product, and we worried that the App might not let… Read more

this happen or might incur subscription fees etc. Seems that is okay though, but instructions do not explain that multiple users may want to access the same device.

While the product was intended primarily for my partner, I actually unboxed the unit, charged it up and set up my own account and connected via Bluetooth first. Then I did a "practice" session which does not record as being part of the 'therapy plan' etc - this aspect also not very well explained in documentation.

However, to minimise any impact on my partner then setting up his account etc - I logged right out of the App, disconnected from the Bluetooth link to Revitive device etc. I then made this my habit - and it has turned into a nightmare.

If I log out of the Revitive App (which I won't be doing after the drama tonight and last few days), every time I want to run a session I have to enter my email address (and that is never saved in my phone, another annoyance) and Submit - then Revitive are SUPPOSED to send me an email within which I have to click on a link WITHIN TEN MINUTES in order to access the App. I very rarely get the link email within the TEN MINUTE window, even if I sit on my email folder and refresh continually. Took me an hour and a half yesterday of frustrating multiple attempts to Log in, before I could run the 30min therapy session.

So, well over two hours of aggravation. I will probably give myself high blood pressure from dealing with this ridiculous log-in process.

Tonight , the situation is even worse. Seven times now I have waited for the email link, anly for more than ten minutes to expire before I get the "sorry you are too late to login" message. To think we paid $440-00 for this mental aggravation. WE could have paid a professional sadist that money, instead of Revitive!

IF I ever manage to log in the Revitive App, I will NOT be logging out of the damned thing for a very long time, even tho I originally thought it would be preferable for my phone, general security, etc to log in and log out again when not actually using the Revitive App. I have a bigpond.com email address which I access using Gmail.

I bought my machine because I have serious foot problems and fluid in my legs. I have been using my Revitive most days since I bought it, sometimes for half an hour, sometimes for an hour and sometimes less as my feet are too sore to handle it. Overall happy with product but haven't seen any difference in my gait as yet, but still hoping. Show details ·  1

The machine itself is great - both my husband and I use it. It has really improved the pain in my calves/ankles and my husband, who has diabetes, has also said the feeling in his feet has improved. It was too much effort to return it. It is probably providing some benefit (but only minor). I have it set up in front of my computer and, if nothing else, it does help to tell me when I have spent 30 minutes sitting in front of the screens. I am not at all sure that it is worth the cost. Show details

improvement. Reduced swollen knees after first time. Pain reduced every day and no pain. And I am still using it daily as I feel the results. Now I do daily leg exercises, eg. squats, some medium walking and revitive for min 30 minutes - and no swolling nor pain. If I overdo it then just jump on the revitive for 10 mins and it helps. Have recommended it to a few friends

I have suffered with numbness is my feet for more than 10 years and nothing I’ve tried worked. I saw add for Revitive and I decided to give it a go, well after using it for a week I had some feeling back in my feet. I’ve been using it for weeks now and can’t believe that I can actually feel what I’m walking on and can feel pain now. Show details ·  1

Follow-up  · My husband’s feet are improving so he is extremely happy with Revitive. They will not heal overnight and he has used the Revitive daily but we are happy with the results. I use the Tens pads and they have helped with back pain and shoulder pain. I recommend this product to my friends,I can honestly say this is a genuine review for our Revitive Coach machine.

Overall, I believe the Revitive Medic Coach has provided slight improvement to the aches and pains in my legs. Perhaps i need to be more patient and wait for the longer term benefits to materialise. I think i took the TV advertisement too seriously and expected immediate signific ant improvement like the actors. I presume they actually use the device. I'll keep persisting with the Revitive as i'm sure the leg pains will improve. thanks Show details ·  1

I have been trying to use my Revitive for 30 minutes every day as instructed but find that other circumstances keep interfering. with the cramps in my feet, nor any relief in my knees after using the accompanying electrode pads. However, I can't provide a final assessment until I can get a longer, uninterrupted run using the machine and the pads. I haven't been able to take the intensity level past 50, and some days, I have to turn it down between 30-40 because there is one mode during the medic program that sometimes hurts my lower legs. I also had an issue with the electrode pads not working but was quickly back in action when the supplier sent me a replacement electrode cord. Overall, I am still hopeful that my Revitive will provide more relief over time.

The issue I saw with walking has not re-appeared and my legs in general feel far stronger than before I started Revitive treatment. Show details ·  1
