Vibit Vibrating Massage Roller

Would not waste your money. Customer service is non-existent if outside the 1 year warranty period. Suggested tips did not address the problem raised (and shown in a video). Responded after 3 weeks. Keep your money or perhaps try a cheaper version.

Unbelievable non existent customer service. Have been totally ghosted, because I requested a 'guaranteed refund' after 3 weeks, when the roller failed to relieved my pain. I emailed twice, and had zero response from them. Don't get sucked in to their marketing hype, as there is no one to contact if you have an issue. Makes an expensive dog toy!

and levels of intensity is an absolute game changer for the plantar fasciitis I've been dealing with for months.. I couldn't exactly afford it, but am so grateful I did..and what a difference it's making. After my shower, I sit on the lounge and use the foot roller..no inconvenient after work appointments to get relief, or just pushing on with panadol or and rubbing Vicks on my souls of my feet.. thought I went ahead and ordered it months ago and have been using it daily. it’s the best thing I have bought for plantar relief , I use it at home and especially at work. I stand during my 8 hour shift so during my breaks I use it. A friend suffers from the same thing and I made her use the roller she instantly felt better she couldn’t believe it , so with that being said …. 6 of my co workers got together and ordered the rollers yesterday to get the discount . Vibit has saved me from a lot of pain , unfortunately I still need to have surgery since I have bunions and my PF is severe but tolerable the good thing is I no longer get the painful Cortizone shots. to make up my own mind. It did take me a while to justify the price, but I bought it and am so glad I listened to my inner self.

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick as well. I went for the lilac coloured one. Inside the box, which is coloured in whatever one you choose, there is instructions, USB Cord and a pouch that you can store your Vibit in.

First thing is to charge it which takes about 3 hours to fully charge. As you are charging it lets you know what level of charge it has reached. When it is fully charged the 3 lights will stay on.

First press of the button starts on low speed of V1, press again for V2 for medium, press V3 which gives a higher vibration, press the button again and it gives you an intermittent vibration. I have used all vibrations and found V2, V3 and the intermitten one really helps with my feet. Press the on button when you want to turn it off.

I find 10 minutes on each foot is great but note that the vibit does turn off after 15 minutes and if you do need more time, just press the on button again.

Now this vibit I bought for my feet is also fantastic on your hips, waist, arms, thigh, back, heel. I also have neck issues so I found just laying my neck on it without any vibrations happening was a great soothing relaxation for my neck issues.

I have even laid down and put the vibit on my shoulder blade as I had somehow pulled a muscle and honestly, it released the pain straight away.

My husband decided to try mine and the charge lasted for about 3-4 days which is good. He was impressed that he bought his own one but he chose the green coloured one.

Cleaning the product is easy, make sure switch is not on and the power plug is not attached and just use a dry cloth to clean the Vibit.

In all honesty I can say, I am glad I bought this Vibit. I use it every morning especially if going out and it helps with the feet before putting my orthotic shoes on. If I have been on my feet all day, I will come home and reach for the Vibit.

It is so easy to use and the instructions are all easy to read. I haven’t had any problems with charging or using. Two happy customers here that absolutely love the Vitbit. I haven't had any reflexology since using this product.

disappointed. I spend all day on my feet and my hubby has been suffering plantar fasciitis for 6 months and even had a cortisone injection in January. Plantar Fascia is a long and slow issue to recover from but the Vibit is definitely helping. When he works from home he uses it under the desk whist working and in the evening we both fight for who gets first go. I love the 2nd setting, and auto shut off is a perfect amount of time to massage and ease foot soreness. Bear in mind the first time you use it perhaps use for a shorter time as your feet may be tender the next day. Your feet have just received the strongest massage in years. Your feet quickly adapt and you can then lean into the pressure of the vibration more if you want to. I wear a ladies US 9 and I can fit both of my feet on the Vibit at the same time. Hubby is a US 12 and he has to do one foot at a time. Battery life is good and we are both very happy with this purchase.

Adding my experience to the reviews. Much like other people, I was pleased with this product initially. But shortly after the warranty expired, the product stopped working. Similar to other people’s experiences, charging and all the lights are on, but no vibration. I’ve contacted Vibit and they offered 10% discount off a replacement. Also look in your spam folder. I had a problem with my vibit and thought I had no answer from them. Sent many emails.BUT they had answered every single email and they went to my spam folder. They sent a replacement very quickly and my poor sore feet are improving rapidly. Show details

I plugged it in and no lights turned on. It died almost 1 month after the warranty ran out. I used it daily as it is a great product. However... This massager has saved me at work on my toughest days. I have plantar fasciitis and I have a job where I’m on my feet for hours at a time, where reaching over 25k steps is pretty average. Their customer service has taken good care of me so rest assured if you have an issue they will respond promptly and address the issue without making you jump thru a bunch of hoops.
