Bellarine Caravans

We bought our new caravan April last year. We couldn't fault the service or the caravan until there was a problem. We emailed, took pictures and spoke personally to [Content Removed] who seemed happy to help. We have a substandard quality kitchen sink which has developed pitting after only five times used. There was no reply or follow up to our enquiries. Not happy.

Blue sky caravan – We have had nothing but good dealings with Bellarine caravan's, the service and after service has been excellent. I would buy from them again in a hart beat.

NEVER AGAIN – We ordered a van from Bellarine Caravans, from interstate in Jan 2020, after doing all the research etc. Stressed from getgo that due to work commitments/leave scheduling we needed to know if any delays as we were driving 1800ks to pick up. Dealings with main salesperson abysmal "you don't need that"?! Stuffed up plans, selections etc. Thought it was finally sorted .... 1 & 1/2 weeks from pickup I rang THEM & found out no chassis. So they rushed the build, was a total hen-up, wrong colours, terrible finish, paid-for extras not included - eg no pillow top mattress "oh just buy a mattress topper" , reeked of adhesives etc & couldn't have been used for a week at least. Finally got a refund, at least $1500 out of pocket in travel expenses "if you try to claim your expenses you wont get any money back for months", & wasted 2 weeks holiday time, 7 months planning etc. Meanwhile industry shut downs occurred, no stocks of vans, price increases. NEVER, EVER again.
