Ordered brass tap for 12mm John Guest water pipe (and order also included 12mm pipe and push fittings) to find the tap was actually for 15mm and needed an adapter. Had to pay 2nd postage to get the adapter. Postage expensive for small adapter Show details

Dissapointed, I have always purchased from them and been very satisfied, but, not when you get ripped off Camec outer door handle upgraded part 014382 O/N 699745 paid $50.95, now I find on Ebay same exact part $19.95 to me that is a rip off. Show details

A "maxxair" cover on our van broke off & vanished in the wind (OK found the remnants the next day & picked them up & put them in the rubbish). The cover was 12 years old & constantly outside so no complaints about the service life of the product. Had an issue with a Dometic product that I purchased from Caravan Plus. The issue was nothing to do with them but they handle the replacement of the item from dometic in a very timely and professional manner. My sincere thanks goes out to Mike who handle the replacement.

I ordered and paid for a caravan annex and it was no trouble at all for it to be freighted to us down in south Australia, as we are travelling and moving around a lot, all I had to do was let them know where we were going to be, and the freight was super quick.
