B Strata

As everyone else has identified... They simply never return emails, phone calls, or basic repairs. As the owner / occupier.. raising basic repair concerns within the property literally falls on deaf ears. They dont reply to basic emails, and just anticipate you will go away. They are beyond a joke, and terrible to deal with!

Appalling, unprofessional, – Appalling, allowed a resident to make major structural changes to their apparent with out council of owners approval. Did not fiscally advise the council correctly underfunded budget lead to massive increase in residential fees. Would not handover critical management info / building records when contract completed. Questionable financial dealings when acquiring building insurance.

Stay well away – BStrata have managed our strata complex for 5 years now. In that time we have been through 7 different managers, all of whom have been extremely lazy and difficult to deal with. little about assisting the council of owners to help the complex operate and thrive. We have since handed off to an new strata manager and BStrata have been very unhelpful in handing things over. The books and record keeping is absolutely shocking and I doubt compliant.

Terrible – Really terrible agent, they do not care any except money. I shamed for them. they are not professional at all. Worst strata managers in Perth. Please let this company disappear.

AVOID – Worst strata managers in Perth. No responsibility taken. Apparently incapable of replying to emails. No action. No accountability. Cannot wait for this industry to be regulated so complaints can be taken seriously.

Stay away – I have deal with a number of strata managers - and I would describe Bellcourt as arrogant, and self serving. I can think of nothing to recommend them. When asked about them I recommend that owners look else where

shocking! – I'm an owner at Richmond Quarter managed by Bellcourt. It's nightmarish.. the lights are on but no one home kind of deal, borders on incompetence, short emails (if a response is given) and general lack of attention (or any care). So many issues that should simply never have arisen. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Terrible – Very unprofessional company. My agent finds it almost impossible to get them to do anything. They don't even have the courtesy to acknowledge emails let alone address the problems.

Know Strata Laws Backwards - Best in the West – We have had dealings with Bellcourt Strata for many years and have directly been in contact with Joan many times, we have always found [Name Removed] and her staff to be professional, honest and to tell you how it is. If you make contact they respond straight away, if you ask for any information regarding the Strata you live in, you get it. Other Strata companies only want to deal with the current Chair.

Bellcourt Strata Company – Absolutely and completely lacking in etiquette, cooperation and professionalism. The managing agent looking after the property I am renting cannot get them to do anything.

Brilliant! Easy to deal with and extremely helpful! – I have always had great dealings with the staff at Bellcourt Strata. I find them helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They have helped greatly in dealing with many issues at our property. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Irresponsible, Waste of time and money – Very bad strata management, do not you use them. If your developer chose them, prepare for the worst. We have a number of abandoned cars in our apartment visitor parking for 5 whole months and Bellcourt has do nothing about them. Very frustrating to deal with when they start passing around the emails and in the end try to avoid your questions by answer other questions in your email. They think that vandalism is not a crime, and the did not take necessary action on it. I pretty much believe that they do not get quotes from other companies and often just use their preferred contractor to do so. Their services are a massive crap. Stay away from them.

unhelpful when there is any issue, the motto seems to be "our mistake, your problem". Trying to resolve anything with them is a complete nightmare, they are rude, incompetent, and the worst I have ever encountered, avoid at all costs!

Worst strata management – Bellcourt are useless non caring and incompetent. I have to email them 3 times before I get an answer and then they argue with me over the matter only to find out they were wrong .
