Buy something more reliable – This stove was already installed in a house we bought so I dont know exactly when it was purchased but it is still within the 36 month warranty luckily for us. The unit looked almost unused before we moved in. The oven and hob worked well for about 9-10 months after moving in then the hob burners slowly lost heat/power over about a month. About 7 weeks ago the induction top failed completely but the two ovens still worked. After app 6 weeks of waiting the warranty repair company installed the new control board even though the technician told us on his assessment visit this would not work and lo and behold after using the hob for another two days it died again with a loud pop. We are again waiting on a different repair agent to assess it in a week and a half then wait some more for the parts, hopefully an entire new hob which is what should have happened the first time.

When it was working the hob and main oven worked well. We did find that the grill will not switch on when the main oven is on or hot but the two will work together as ovens. The induction hob controls are simple enough to master but the timer/mode settings are not intuitive at all. Another thing to note with this model is nothing works until a time has been set on the clock which caused much confusion at first.

Overall I would recommend avoiding this stove due to poor quality and reliability.

Okay oven – Takes ages to heat up and temperature of brand new oven element was not right so needed technician out to fix. Customer support was very good and fixed quickly. Positioning of oven shelves is not great. Takes a long time to get things to brown. Top oven not great at grilling.

Brand new, not working, no support – Installed brand new and within months it started playing up. Harvey Norman who sold us the oven sent around an oven repair guy but we told them it was more than that. Oven element blew. That was replaced but any time the oven is on the stove top throws an error and can't be used. Now the entire stove top is not working. Been 5 weeks waiting on an oven repair, now we have no stove top. Clearly a dud but they won't look at the whole issue. We bought belling as we like the oven door design, but I'll take a downward falling door now as regardless of how the door opens its useless if you can't use it!

4 months on.... still waiting for contact regarding this. You never return phone calls, no support, terrible customer service. Never, ever buy a Belling or anything from Glen Dimplex Australia.
