We had a Belling Sterling 110 induction oven—worth thousands of dollars—installed in one of our display homes. It has turned out to be an absolute rust bucket with poor-quality enamelling. We have had to service it multiple times just to tighten screws and adjust the doors, as they fail to seal properly when closed. This unit has been a complete waste of money. Despite being strictly maintained and cleaned using non-caustic products, it is completely useless after just six years. In contrast, we have used other appliance brands that have given us zero issues, even when subjected to heavy-duty caustic cleaning products. To make matters worse, spare parts are completely unavailable. You would think a manufacturer would stock parts for such an expensive, premium oven. Because the unit is just out of warranty and the client has escalated the issue to the ombudsman, we are now legally obliged to absorb a massive financial loss and supply a brand-new replacement oven. I highly recommend avoiding this product. It is a major liability and a waste of money.
