Beautifull stove ,still dodgy knobs
Have just taken delivery of new model richmond deluxe 1100 df.
It is still in delivery carton awaiting a kitchen reno, checking it out ,firsty was impressed ,new colour ,beautiful match for the coming kitchen ,then noticed the plastic metal peeling of the back of one of the knobs,the part which depicts what setting is selected,so when its gone there is no way of knowing the setting.now the spec download on this new model even says "premium knobs"
I phoned supplier immediately and have been assured they will send a replacement, much apreciated.
My point is how long do they expect these knob to last?.and secondly why oh why build a great looking stove and put knobs of this poor quality on it?.
Surely belling must realise this continuing problem must lose them sales.
Merely saying premium knobs on new model wont fix the poblem. Lip sevice only works for so long.
Might one sudgest belling source a quality set of knobs befitting a stove like this , and lets face it, of considerable financial outlay ,and retro fit them.
Your custommers deserve the quality they are paying for.
