Great looking product_and good support from Belling – Have had my ovens and induction cooktop for almost 5 years. The induction did fail, but Belling provided warranty for the parts (even though was just out of warranty) and I paid for labour for repairs. Am happy with the product and with the support. Belling induction stove... Save money buy something else! – We bought a belling Richmond induction 90cm after a lot of research (it came down to the belling and the Falcon). We chose the belling.... my mistake is biting me know! After 4 years of use the induction hob is faulty (Apparently not an uncommon fault we find out now) and the cost to replace NOT repair as it can’t be fixed individually is over… Read more
$1640.00. More than a 1/4 of replacement cost! the recommended tradie walked in and groans as he said “not another one of these Bellings.“ Not encouraging to hear from a trade who fixes ovens regularly.
A couple of calls and emails to Belling have resulted in nothing, no answer, no feedback.
I originally gave a rave review for this stove but I wouldn’t recommend them for the follow up service and costs for repairs.
Go for the Falcon!
