How do I remove the bottom spray arm. The manual instructions aren't helping.
Purchased a BDW96 from Bunnings Melton Vic, Aust about 15 months ago, serial No GD18100668. I am now getting an error code indicating an inlet filter valve problem. I believe this is a warranty issue. I have misplaced the receipt, can Bellini assist me using the serial no as a reference?
Yes, it's a warranty problem. The warranty is for 3 years. You can contact the place where you bought it, and they will track down the receipt for you and reprint it. But you will need to know the exact date you bought it. You'll probably have to wait over a month for a replacement part. Bellini are really slow.
Has it fixed now? Error 2 refers to Water inlet malfunction, which related to inlet hose & inlet valve or pressure switch etc. As this white dishwasher comes with a aqua stop inlet hose, please ask Bellini help to replace a new aqua stop inlet hose to check if it works or not.
