I’m on a 10gig/$25p/m plan atm and am away travelling interstate and running out of data, and my ONLY OPTION was to pay $10 for 5gig.. I was actually hoping to buy 50gig but Belong did not give that option.. That’s Not Cool imo Ps:- I have connected 3 different phone/sims (family) with Belong and have used the data sharing option HOWEVER I think there should be Better “Top Up” options for extended Data rather than JUST $10 for 5gig of data Show details
Great prices for decent data allowances (and general phone access) - especially if needing to Hotspot a mobile phone. Cannot have a fixed NBN access line at my home premises and Satellite is also restrictive as I need phone access (not VOIP) - so Hotspotting is currently my only option. generally good most days (currently residing in Tasmania) and certainly better than other dedicated providers I have tried. Hotspotting generally gives me an average 160Mbps download speed on good days (5G), 50Mbps at least in fair reception only areas.
More than happy with my data package and general access through Belong. NOTE: Have not had to use any Customer Services but NA is not an option for selection.

Belong Mobile Broadband (data only) works on 5G – Bought a Belong Mobile Broadband (Data) SIM Card for $15.00 and 20GB from Coles on 13 Jan 2025. Activated the card using internet on a laptop, inserted SIM card in our Honor 90 phone and straight away it worked! Plans don’t change immediately – After changing plans I have to wait a whole month for it to change over and when I need a data top up I only have the option to buy 5Gs for $10 which won’t last me until the plan changes

Not value for money – The data plans are not sufficient for contemporary computer usage. Data top ups are price gouged. The service and coverage is adequate and would be a good service otherwise

Belong Telco con job – Let me tell you about signing up to Belong Wireless Broadband. Started out hot spotting my Boost Telco phone to receive the odd streaming movie on my smart TV. Using too much data so signed up to Belong Telco Wireless Broadband @ $35 pet month for 100GB per month. Both Boost and Belong run on the back of Telstra network so a reasonable 5G signal.… Read more
Signed up to Belong on 14 December by 21 December I had according to Belong exhausted 100GB data and my signal was cut. Wotha in one week I had used 100GB streaming the odd old black an white movie. Limited e mail on a PC. What a rip off. I supplied my own router ( Nokia). Previously I had by using my Boost Telco hot spot around 15 to 20 GB per week to view the odd old movie and email. Now 100GB in one week crazy. So one week into my Belong account I gave them the sack. Beware Belong. Smiley
