Bentleigh Fresh Fruit Centre

Beware of possible overcharging due to incorrect scales at shop – We’ve been using Bentleigh Fresh Fruit Centre for many years. It offers excellent assortment of fruits and vegetables with competitive prices. However, during our latest visit on 5th July 2022 we were substantially short-changed. The actual weight of fruits and vegetables measured at home was about half of the weight the shop scales displaced. The manager said that the scales were faulty and refunded us about 50% ($50) of money we paid, i.e., the difference between we paid and the correct cost. I would suggest to beware of possible overcharging in this shop and to check actual weight of your purchases.
