I’m so glad to have this store in Australia. For years I have looked online for French bathroom products sometimes unsuccessfully. Now it’s so easy to order a wide range of soaps shampoos etc. The Tahiti vanille douche smells heavenly. Prices are affordable and postage arrives quickly even to rural NSW. Show reply

I have been buying the Bonne Maman Advent Calendar for a few years now. I order a large box of items once or twice a year from France at Home. On one occasion, an article was missing and I was promptly reimbursed. I saw that they sold the bonne maman advent calender so i put my email into the waiting list so i would get the calender for my dad. starting to run low nad were checking that i could get it ok and sent me the link to it. I have gotten it in the mail and it was securely packeged with peanuts and a free choc hazelnut sample! i did get a little jumpscared thinking the sample fell out of the advent calender but it was actually a nice gift. Amazing service and will be buying from them again!
My husband tried to put in an order late on Easter Thursday. He could not get it to work so sent a message to France at Home and a reply came back very quickly. weekend for Easter, our parcel arrived on Wednesday morning at our home in Sydney. I am looking forward to checking what else they have that I might like to order. I ordered 12 cases of Perrier Sparkling water from this company. Two of the cases arrived damaged with smashed bottles in them. I requested the two cases were replaced. conclusion where they basically told me I was lying and offered to send 6 bottles. This company should be embarrassed by their actions over something that was probably valued at around $30. Buyers be aware I would be careful dealing with a business...

Wonderful French supermarket online. Great range of products, top notch customer service and affordable prices – I have been ordering at France at home for approximately 15 years, if I recall properly. And their prices are always reasonable even though imported from France. You cannot find what you are looking for? Do not worry, you can submit requests. You can also purchase gift cards if you wish to give something special to someone special. They often attend French markets around Melbourne and Sydney as well, so keep an eye out of those. The team is wonderful, friendly and serviceable. I highly recommend France at Home!
