Nice looking pram but not practical – I bought this pram because of how beautiful and vintage it looked, only with continual use did I realise how inpractical this pram is. The sheer bulk of the pram makes it difficult to go through shopping centres, supermarket checkouts and cafes plus you need a large carboot space. I spent so much money on this pram that I don't want to give it… Read more

away so I now use it as my children's bassinet in my room when they are newborns and only if I go for walks around my neighbourhood as it is a comforatble ride for my child, however, no peek-a-boo hole to check on bub when forward facing. Nice looking pram, comforatble for bub, great as a stroller Too big and heavy and expensive

Excellent – After months of searching for a pram i decided upon this one. it looks great, comes with many accessories and is a very sturdy, safe pram. baby would sleep for hours in the pram as it has so much space to stretch out. It's size and weight make it feel safe and sturdy. Very easy to steer. Love having bubs facing me which is unique to prams. Nice… Read more ·  1

looking classic pram. The large flat lying seat is perfect for changing baby while out and about if no baby rooms are available. Extra handle height for taller people. Does not fit through normal sized checkouts and a bit heavy.

Excellent – Fantastic pram. Has lasted a long time with constant use and has very little problems. So easy to steer and the bassinet options is just beautiful as well. My daughter has never complained about the rid and you can just about push it anywhere. Very happy and would recommend this pram to anyone. I cannot rave enough about this pram. We have… Read more

had ours for now over four years and it gets used nearly every week. It can go anywhere and I love the fact its high up so my daughter doesnt just see legs :-) A bit large.....but that was never a problem for us

Good – Absolutely awesome pram for walking outdoors! I love the fixed wheel option as it isn't as 'fixed' as others, so easy to push. I love prams where baby can face you and I find the reversible carriage is better than a reverse handle. A great pram for walking but not so good for shopping. Looks so comfy for baby, can recline completely flat, great… Read more

for out walking, baby can face you, huge sunshade. The steering option is a bit tricky especially outdoors, extremely heavy to lift into car, basket could be deeper.

OK – This pram was good for walking on rough type surfaces and I found it fairly easy to use, but the size and weight of this product made it hard to take with me in the car. I found that walking up steep hills with a todler seat on this pram would cause it to unbalance and tip over, this actually happened to me with my 2 boys in it... scared me enough… Read more

to stop using it and sell it to buy a new pram Roomy for baby, reversible basinett so baby can either face you or look where they are going, easy to fold VERY LARGE and heavy, under basket is not deep enough

OK – Great for cruising, ordinary for shopping, no good for long trips because there's no room left for any luggage in the car if you take it with you. This is a great pram for walking the streets, baby can either face in or out, and with the variable layback positions Very heavy, very big when folded (fills up our Territory) and if you turn a corner… Read more

too quickly, the wheels fall off - and no amount of taking it back to the shop has prevented this from occurring (I was actually pleased to see someone else has had the same problem as us!) No good for shopping as you are relegated to the disabled exits as it is wider than the checkouts.

OK – Very sturdy, great for walks however way too big for shopping and a pain to put in/take out of car. The basket underneath is too shallow so even though it is spacious, can't put much in it! Wheels often come off, we have had this fixed twice now. Great suspension, excellent for walking. Can have bubs facing you or facing out when they are older.… Read more

The carry cot is great. We have had probs with our wheels coming off. Have had it serviced twice. Too big to take shopping as it won't fit through most aisles. Wont fit into my Commodore boot unless I take all the wheels off first. Cover got a tear in it not long after purchase. Although the basket is quite big, it is too shallow.

Excellent – I consider the Bidwell the king of prams. The ease of steering on a classically beautiful chasis makes it a must for mums that do a lot of walking. The steerable pump up wheels make this pram a dream to push and a comfortable ride for the baby. It is great from newborn up. I use my bidwell as my walking pram, it goes over any terrain with ease. It… Read more

can be a little heavy to push up hill and tries to pull away from you going down hill. It is very wide, but goes though the disabled checkout that most supermarkets provide. It is very heavy so I would not recommend it as the pram you use with your car as lifting it in and out would get tiring.

Good – Even though the wheels come off occassionally (great to read on here that I am not the only one this happens to) I still love this pram. I wanted a four wheeler but didn't want to spend the cash on a more expensive brand. Love the steerable wheels. The wheels came off constantly at the start so we sent back to Bertiti, who said there was nothing… Read more

wrong - how funny when others have sent back with the same problem!!! They must have done something because they stopped coming off. Now I only see them starting to come off if I've done a really sharp turn, and you hear a click and presto the wheel has come off. Not really good when you have a baby in the pram. I paid a bit for this pram and now its disappointing to find that you can get them so cheap on ebay. But overall I like this pram, however not so sure I would purchase again as there are a lot more 4 wheel prams which are smaller, and lighter!!! But I will keep this pram until we have another child to use the toddler seat. We have just purchased a stroller as my now one year old doesn't really need the big Bertiti for short trips, and I must say its great to have our boot back and I don't miss getting the Bertiti in and out of the pram. Steerable wheels. Large underneath carry basket. Suit newborn to toddler. Can attach toddler seat & skateboard. Great over unsteady grounds. Baby can face you or away from you. Wheels can come off. Massive - takes up the whole boot in our Toyota Camry. When you have pram facing away from you its harder to lay the seat down flat for sleeping, especially if you have a nappy bag over the handles. Heavy. We have to take apart to fit in our car.

OK – we brought this 3 years ago when we were expecting our second child. it was great for her and our son as it was so sturdy but once he was out of the toddler seat i stopped using it for shopping it was just to big and bulky it took up half the back of my commodore wagon! now with child number 3 i don't use it much as it takes up the whole back of… Read more

my land rover discovery and leaves no room for shopping! we only use it at home for bushwalking! i noticed in some of the reviews people had had issues with their wheels coming off that has only happenned once to ours it will go over any thing and you don't even notice the extra weight with the toddler seat in its bulky and heavy and wont fit in alot of shop aisle and backing up can be a problem unless you lock your wheels straight

Good – Very good, now the price has dropped (I paid $699 for it 2 years ago now they sell for around half of that). Great if you love walking, not very good for shops though as too big to fit through most checkouts and aisles. If you have a bad back or small car forget it as it is heavy to lift and takes up the whole boot in a large family car. Gret… Read more

suspension for rough terrain. We use to take bubs for long walks etc. Large sun hood provides excellent protection. Harness is strong and adjustable. Relatively large basket under but very shallow. Adjustable handle so tall dad can push aswell. Very heavy to lift in and out of car. Have to pull apart into two pieces to fit in an au ford sedan boot. Covers not removable for washing.

OK – This is the ultimate bush pram - kind of like the 4WD of the pram world. My husband loves it for that fact as he used to take the baby out to bush walking tracks and this pram can handle all the bumps and rough terrain. Down side is it is so bulky got the ordinary person. Very very tedious to load and unload when at the shops or just running… Read more

everyday errands. The 4 wheels have to be detatched and put back. Wheels can fall off and will wear & tear with frequent detatching (which is inevitable if you have a small to med size car!!). Only used this pram for 12-18 mths before we changed to a stroller as it is simply not feasible to use when kid is bigger. To much effort!!! Great for off track or rough road walking (eg bush, parks etc). The pram is so big it can be used as a substitute cot which we did for baby's first few weeks. Heavy! Have to take 4 wheels off to store in medium size car. Can't fit through most shop checkout aisle! Bulky.

Terrible – I would not waste your money on this pram if you like the look and feel of this model spend the extra and go with the Emmaljunga. The rocking motion is so handy to get a newborn to sleep. I had nothing but problems with this pram after only a couple of months of use. The wheels would come off all the time while pushing it and did so one while… Read more

crossing the road. After sending it back to Bertini three times for fixing I got my money back. It is also bulky, heavy and will not fit into the boot of a large sedan.
