Absolutely in love with our Redsbaby Skip3! ❤️ We recently took it all the way to Japan and it made travelling with our little one so much easier. Exceptional travel pram. Very easy 1 handed assemble and pack down. Has been a much loved part of our family as we traveled the world with a 12 month old. Fits plane overheads no problems. I cannot fault this pram enough- only that i didn’t buy it sooner!! I downsized my car and needed a compact pram that still offered a spacious basket, durability and ability to have either my toddler or infant in it without squeezing of suffering in the seat. I previously owned a Silvercross pram, ended up selling it because it was way too bulky and decided to switch to Redsbaby Skip3 and it has been an absolute lifesaver. It 's so compact and lightweight plus easy to fold and unfold with just one hand, we use this stroller everywhere we go. We have been using it now for almost 1 year still going strong. sometimes uneven footpaths! We started using it at home before our trip and love how compact it is plus our daughter requests it over her original pram. Great value for money in comparison to very similar competitors and love the quality of materials, how smooth and strong the canopy is and comfy the handle bar is to hold. It’s lovely to push too, glides along and is easy for me to push 5’3 and my partner who’s 6’4. Very impressed and highly recommended!

much less stressful. The ride has genuinely impressed us too – it’s handled cracked footpaths in Bali, cobblestones in Sweden, and plenty of uneven streets in between far better than we expected from a travel pram.
The basket has also been incredibly handy. It’s surprisingly spacious for a travel pram and large enough to fit our Pacsafe 34L backpack, which has made a huge difference when we’re out exploring and need to carry extra essentials without adding another bag to our shoulders.
One thing that really stands out is the harness clip. It’s by far the smoothest and easiest buckle we’ve used on any pram or car seat, which makes getting a wriggly toddler in and out so much quicker.
We also got so much use out of the lay-flat recline for naps on the go. While it’s obviously not designed to replace a full-sized pram, it strikes such a great balance between comfort and portability that we now reach for it not just when we’re travelling, but for quick trips to the shops too.
After months of real-world travel and everyday use, it’s become our favourite pram. We’d buy it again in a heartbeat.
We recently took our one year old to visit family in Italy and the Skip3 was a godsend! Handled the different terrains in Italy with ease, so much storage for toys, nappy bag food etc underneath and folds up compact for overhead on the plane! No complaints what so ever! Show details

Suspension is really great, one reason I chose this stroller after trying friend’s. While giving all 5 stars, there few things I can recommend for improvement: 1. Introduce removable top fabric to be able to wash in case of accidents. 2. Self lock when folded so can pick up from any angle to put to the car by one hand.
Follow-up · 1. Handles rougher terrain with pride. It does not feel you strain your arms by pushing. It just goes. 2. If diaper leaks - this kind of accidents. 3. Compact and light. Description on Redsbaby website is accurate for folded parameters.

if that’s a priority you need something separate to cover the child’s legs etc). Be it the seperate sun shade they sell or some other style if you don’t want to obscure your baby’s view.
Things that could be better: it has handled most terrains relatively well however every now and then seems to get randomly stuck on bumps/lips that really seem quite insignificant but suddenly you come to a massive halt!
While I did say it’s easy to fold it could still be better especially if you need to use it as a solo parent (it can be done just have to always remember to do a couple of things before taking the child out). Eg. if you purchase a bumper (which we did as our baby loves either putting his feet up on it or pulling himself forward or holding onto it) you need to remember to fold it up before trying to fold the pram as well as fold down the foot rest - I flew solo with my baby so trying to do all that and carry the baby one handed isn’t easy - you have to remember to put the foot rest down and semi fold up the bumper before getting the child out if you need to do it one handed and solo. Memory buttons would make this task easier as then you wouldn’t need two hands to press each side simultaneously.
I also don’t love the spare pram liner we purchased for the pram - needs to have a hood that slips over the top of the chair to stop it sliding down all the time and also at the bottom to hold it in place a little better.
I feel it doesn’t lock very well in the closed position. You have to make sure you clip bits shut separately- which makes the whole fold not that quick and easy at times and then strap under the pram (which is the carry strap) does slip off from time to time as well which is annoying - it just doesn’t feel that secure when it’s over your and carrying your child and any other luggage on board.
Lastly while the pram is cabin approved not every airline will let you take it on if there isn’t enough space. The bag they provide could do with a sniff more protection as well as more secure closing mechanism as well as somewhere to attach an AirTag and a name tag for when it has to go under the plane. The bag they provide with the pram is essentially a dust bag with a draw string - however the draw string doesn’t fully close as you have to use the strap that’s semi attached to actually carry the pram while it’s in the bag. I would have preferred a carry bag like the bugaboo butterfly (which I would have happily purchased as an accessory if Redsbaby had something like it). I didn’t have time before my trip to see if the Skip would fit into the Bugaboo bag - If it doesn’t then I’d definitely recommend considering purchasing it, to have more protection for the pram, a more secure mechanism and easier carrying option.
While I sound like I’ve whinged a lot - I still really enjoy the pram and how easy it has been to travel with however if in the future if they could nail my gripes they would have a 5 star pram that would be 100% perfect for all travel conditions as well as be easy to use for anyone who might be on a solo adventure!

Follow-up · This is a follow up review- two years on and this is still our go to pram. I actually don’t use my larger pram at all as I prefer this one. Folding out and back up is really simple and quick, and keeping it clean has been easy (I purchased a liner). The only thing I wish is that the basket was slightly larger and more accessible however this is the trade off to the size and agility of the pram so I still love this pram overall.

Such a good pram. Super lightweight, wheels have great movement and the recline for sleeping is good too. I wish the carry bag was a bit better as it’s hard to lift the pram into the bag and the drawstring is a bit flimsy, especially if you have to check the pram in on a flight.

is poor; I frequently step on the brake by accident when just walking normally, giving the kid a bit of whiplash. Also, I can’t fit my work boots under the pram to engage/release the break. - wheels often get stuck on the tiniest obstacles, again giving the kid some whiplash - rods the hold the canopy in place frequently come out. - wrist strap is no doubt unbreakable, but I’m less certain about the tiny little string that tethers it to the push bar. - the liner (if you buy it) doesn’t secure in place so always needs to be readjusted
It’s been a great travel pram, awesome sun canopy and large storage underneath only downside is the lock can be frustrating as the shorter handles means I often accidentally lock it while walking. Loved that is suitable from newborn which is not easy to find
The foot brake on the pram is unfortunately in a really poor location. When using the pram, it gets kicked and locks. As the handle does not extend, you have to really hold the pram at the tip of your arms, to walk to the side to avoid activating the brake. the kids and those items going up the hill is quite a journey and im on the petite size too. I searched up lots of travel pram to see. The most popular was bugaboo or zenyoyo. I didn't really like those options due to the basket size quite small and as I mentioned before everything need to be carried when I go grocery or miscellaneous. Then I came across the Skip 3 I just thought why not redsbaby offer such good space for the basket so I just waited for the black Friday sale and bought it. Ever since I received the order ive been using it diligently and I put it through so much yet it still withstand strong and smooth. I recommend this to every mum friend I know. Bonus the price doesn't cost an arm and a leg for just a pram. Very reasonable, durable and amazing customer service.
