Bad customer service – Gift card was not extended as it couldn't be used during Covid and no exception allowed. Staff member was not helpful and didn't care at all.

the card wasn't activated. On my second booking, the salon couldn't figure out how to make the payment and told me to contact their support. I finally went to try to use it again and they said it had passed the date since purchase even though it wasn't activated by them until a year later. This is the only gift voucher that will cost you more money trying to use it.

This is a scam – I bought $100 restaurant voucher online during Black Friday with the promise it will be valued $120. After payment, nothing happened, no confirmation, no email. This is a fraud – I was give this gift card which is impossible to redeem- lots of computer error and the card number basically doesn't exist. Spent hours to get a second card then the same thing happened. My time is more precious so I didn't pursuit it further but not a good impression. Please do not give this as a gift. Gift Certificate would not be accepted and they won't refund me – I purchased a restaurant gift certificate, however when my friends tried to redeem the voucher, the restaurant computer would not accept the voucher so they had to pay for their meal. Poor online gift voucher printing service. And no one to speak to – I purchased a dinner gift card online. It stated a certificate with a birthday message could be printed off after the purchase. Not true. No confirmation email. No NOTHING. Your site states I should receive the confirmation in 10min max. Nothing. This is appalling. And a phone number that diverts directly to voicemail. So now, I am going to be gifting an invoice this afternoon. Will never use this site again.

Do not purchase a best gift certificate!!! – I received one a Best Gift Certificate as a wedding present for my husband and I. What a complete nightmare it has been trying to use this. It takes forever for them to get back to you and you will need to continually follow up. All I can say is stay clear of the company and do not purchase a gift certificate from this company.
