I was extremely disappointed when i was sent a picture of the flowers I ordered, for $150 I expected a lot more than what was sent,and the flowers did not come close to looking like what I chose. I wont be ordering again
I clicked on "source from local supplier" ie Tamworth NSW, and then i get emails saying track my order / journey with Star Track and the flowers have come from South Australia, through to Sydney and then onto Tamworth. Obviously not fresh after a few days travel and not a local supplier. Family member said flowers are wilted and brown in places. $90 wasted. Will never use again. Call a local florist instead and do a phone order.

Flowers are always perfect – I ordered flowers for Mothers Day. They were delivered on the date selected. The gift was very much appreciated by my mother. I was able to select a day prior to the actual date which saved on delivery fees. Show reply
Follow-up · I selected a bouquet for Mother's Day. It was not available on the day. Replacement flowers were lovely and much appreciated. They were so good, that the local florist delivered them twice - once on my mother's birthday and a few days later for Mother's Day.
Organised a bunch of flowers to be sent to a friend that has just lost a loved one. From the picture and size I ordered online to what arrived is completely different. I am so disappointed. Spent over $100 and it looks like a cheap bunch from Woolies for $12. Will never go through company or recommend.

Sending flowers to my sister who just had a hip replacement didn't seem like a great idea as she would need to 'look after' the flowers so I searched for a comany that delivered chocolate treats and found that EASYFLOWERS offered a superb range of delicious treats that someone recovering from surgery would really enjoy. Flowers were half dead in a few days – Was recently sent an arrangement from easyflowers. Within 3 days the roses had wilted so much they had to be removed from the arrangements. The card that came with it was the most unprofessional I have seen. Two address labels had the text printed on it and were overlapping each other. It was so tacky. The back of the card lists Canstar blue awards from 2015, 2016 and 2020. Maybe they provided quality flowered then but definitely not now.

This hasn't been a great experience. This is an agency that sends out orders to florist so the middle man so to speak, which has been painful to deal with during the issues with the 2 x orders. Flowers didn't survive more than a couple of days, had 2 bouquets ordered from UK for me. Really difficult to get a response too, lots of back and forth.… Read more
My parents ordered the flowers from UK and the most expensive bouquet was over $170. This is not acceptable life of bouquet, nor customer service. My mum was offered a $30 refund or a voucher to use them again, which we won't be doing obviously. They refused to deal with me as the recipient which made things harder too as both parents elderly and on UK timezone, some flexibility with this would have been helpful. Ordered at 1015am for same day delivery for 80th birthday. First they didn’t have the flowers - I was more than happy for substitutions. At 3.15pm they advised delivery could not be made same day. Was very disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency in their service. Got a $50 voucher for next time - what a waste, I won’t be back.… Read more
