Easyflowers have a good range of choices depending on the occasion. Their website is easy to navigate around and place your order. Unfortunately, the flower arrangement I chose had some flowers that were not available at the time of year, but Easyflowers were really good with informing me of the change. I have orered many times now over the years. I love ordering from this florist. Fast delivery. Reasonable prices. Always fresh quality flowers. I love the variety of gifts offered. The most recent was for my best friend who is going through a hard time. I bought the sunflowers light. So, as long as the light keeps shining on so will her day. I was advised that the flowers for the arrangement I requested, "Matilda", weren't available & did I wish to cancel my order or get a suitable substitute. I chose to get flowers substituted. Organised a bunch of flowers to be sent to a friend that has just lost a loved one. From the picture and size I ordered online to what arrived is completely different. I am so disappointed. Spent over $100 and it looks like a cheap bunch from Woolies for $12. Will never go through company or recommend.

Easyflowers is always a good experience. I can usually find the choice of flowers I want. They are always fresh and last well. Delivery is reliable, always on the day stated. The choice of which day and the corresponding delivery cost is helpful. Show reply
Follow-up · When ordering flowers from EasyFlowers I first of all check that the price is within my budget. Then I choose long lasting flowers: natives, lilies or orchards. I do allow substitutions but haven’t had any so far.
I haven't heard from the recipient yet, but I highly doubt there would be a negative issue. I've been purchasing from Easy Flowers now for several years and have not had any issues at all. I will keep using Easy Flowers as my go to flower supplier. Thank you, Easy Flowers. Show reply
Follow-up · Just to touch base, the recipient was extremely happy with the flowers. I ordered yellow flowers and EASYFLOWERS didn't disappoint. I choose the flower arrangements from their website and consider the reason for sending flowers and what the recipient would like. I've bought flowers from EASYFLOWERS for many years now and I have no intentions to go elsewhere.

The only reason I gave a 4 star rating for Easyflowers was the colour of the flowers themselves. There was nothing wrong with the flowers, and possibly I should have requested the preferred colours I wanted and then I would not have only given 4 stars. But in saying that the flowers and value for money was great. I will be purchasing again very shortly, and this time I will take more time and select the colours. Show reply

Very Bad service, will not recommend to anyone, please do not use their services, paid 150$ including additional payment for a stipulated time, the flowers did not come on time & ruined my wifes birthday, very very dissappointed, when i called customer care, they said the usual blah blah that it will arrive between 7am and 7 pm, can you believe it, 150$$$.

I will never buy from this pathetic place again. I checked to see if they delivered to my area. Which it said they did I spent over $200 payed for immediately only to get an email the next day saying they don't deliver to my area. Now I have to wait for my money to be refunded and my beautiful girlfriend will not get anything for valentines day… Read more

I’m very disappointed with this flower delivery service. My friend ordered a large and expensive arrangement for me, but the flowers that arrived were clearly past their prime. to let them know about the issue, expecting a straightforward resolution. Instead of addressing my concern directly, they contacted the sender and asked him to provide proof. This put my friend in an uncomfortable and embarrassing position, which is completely unacceptable for a gift service. For the price paid, the quality and customer service fell far below expectations. A company handling special occasions should take responsibility and communicate respectfully with the recipient. I would not recommend this service.
